【新唐人2011年9月28日訊】多家中共媒體近期報導，中國首富梁穩根即將進入中國共產黨中央委員會，也就是跨入了中共執政高層。這個消息引發各界關注。這是中共建黨以來第一位進入中共高層的私營企業家。對於「中國首富進中央」，民眾又是怎麼看待的呢？

梁穩根是中國「三一集團」董事長。

總部設在湖南的「三一集團」公司高層和湖南省委官員分別證實，中共中央組織部門日前已經完成了對梁穩根的人事考察。如無意外，這位中國首富將在明年的中共「十八大」會議上，當選中共中央委員，或者候補中央委員，

中共媒體說，最高層已決定在明年10月舉行的黨代會上，讓梁穩根成為中央候補委員。如果當選，他將成為中共自1921年以來，出自私營經濟界的第一位中央委員會成員。

作為候補委員，梁穩根雖無投票權，但擁有晉升為正式委員的機會。

現年五十五歲的梁穩根是重工業大亨，擁有「三一重工業集團」百分之五十八的股份。在美國著名財富雜誌《福布斯》排名表上，梁穩根以93億美元的身價排名中國首富。

中國首富進中共高層，引發輿論熱烈討論。

BBC駐北京記者認為，這是中共當局向商界做出的姿態，標誌著中共對商界態度的巨大轉變。

但網友反駁說，抓一個『首富當樣版』，迷惑世界，中國的內在不自由經濟並沒有改變，這是在騙騙中國以外的世界人而已。

署名「大漠飄雪」的文章認為，「梁穩根將入中候委」只不過是個姿態。他表示，無論從哪方面講，都不會有實質性的突破或變化。現在只是表明，作為工人階級的一部分進入最高決策層，還是一個姿態而已。

在中國互聯網上，對梁穩根可能的晉升，有的觀點說，中國需要對經濟和企業瞭若指掌的領導人。持相反意見的網民則認為，這是中共在招納財富。還有網民認為，這是商業與權力的結合，是中國「官商勾結」的一個例證，必然導致絕對的腐敗。

「中國社會民主黨」中央委員會主持人劉因全：「如果是一些官商勾結一些人，進來以後，這樣會使中共進一步走向那種，代表大官僚、大資產階級，代表著官商上層的這種結構，對老百姓來講就不是一個好事情。」

《法國國際廣播電臺》評論，中國首富晉升中央委員，是否表示中國將出現紅色資本家從政的潮流，就要看，中國億萬富豪到底是否受到權利的誘惑，那麼這些人會遇到在得與失之間，至少表面上作選擇的風險。據說，梁穩根出門喜歡或者坐九輛高級轎車之一，或者坐個人直升飛機。

Richest Chinese To Enter Top CCP Level

Chinese Communist Party(CCP) media reported, the richest

Chinese, Liang Wengen will enter CCP』s Central Committee.

As this means entering the executive level of CCP,

this news caused widespread concerns.

Liang will be the first private entrepreneur entering CCP』s

top level. The public expressed opinions on the case.

Liang Wengen is a chairman of China』s Sany Group.

Sany Group is headquartered in Hunan province. Both

group executives and officials from Hunan province

confirmed that Central Committee』s (CC) HR completed

a survey for Liang, and Liang, as the richest Chinese,

will be Central Committee』s member or alternate member

next year during the 18th National People』s Congress.

CCP media reported that the CCP most senior level decided

Liang to be an alternate CC member during CCP』s congress

in October 2012. If elected, Liang will be

the first CC member from the private sector since 1921.

As an alternate member, Liang will not have the right to vote,

but will have the chance to be promoted to a full member.

Liang, 55-year-old, is a heavy industry tycoon in China.

He holds 58% of Sany Group』s shares,

and is at the top of Forbes』 Chinese Richest list

with $9.3 billion assets.

The richest starting to enter the CCP leadership

sparks hot discussions.

BBC』s Beijing reporter see this as a CCP gesture toward

the business sector, a sign of CCP』s change toward it.

But for netizens this is CCP』s deception toward the world,

as in fact, there is still no free business inside China.

An article by “Desert Snow” said, Liang entering CCP

is just a gesture. There will not be any real changes

or breakthroughs from either side, except for a show,

looking like working level entering central executive level.

Chinese netizens wrote, China needs a leader who knows

the economy and enterprises well.

Some thought Liang』s case shows how CCP gathers money,

others see it as a case of business colluding with power,

as an instance of officials making deals with businessman,

which will inevitably strengthen corruption.

Liu Yinquan (Spokesman, China Social Democratic Party):

“If officials collude with businessmen,

gradually CCP will change to represent large bureaucracy,

the big bourgeoisie, the top officials and businessmen.

This will not be a good thing for ordinary folks."

Radio France Internationale commented that whether

promoting the richest Chinese to the Central Committee

means China will have a tide of red capitalists entering

political circles is up to the Chinese billionaires,

whether they will surrender to the power. Those people

will avoid risk, making the choice between gain and loss.

It said, it is up to Liang whether he will chose

one of his 9 cars, or to take his private helicopter.
