【新唐人北京時間2026年07月04日訊】自6月24日委內瑞拉發生雙強震以來，國際救援工作不斷展開，人們依然在努力，不放棄一絲救人的希望。但與此同時，人們也發現，地震震出了一些「意想不到的」真相，廢墟中散落了滿地的美金現鈔，同時豆腐渣工程和政府的不救援讓民眾憤怒。
網友Javier於7月3日在X平台分享的視頻顯示，一隻布滿灰塵的小黑包裡塞滿了100美元的現金。他在貼文中寫道：「委內瑞拉地震廢墟——『政府』的藏身處。 這就是迪奧斯達多（Diosdado）不讓救援人員進入的原因。到處都是成堆的百元鈔、金條和毒品。而人們卻在挨餓。 」
迪奧斯達多·卡韋略·龍東（Diosdado Cabello Rondón）是委內瑞拉統一社會主義黨總書記，自2024年起擔任內政、司法與和平部長。

另一則由網友Anttsinc於7月1日分享的視頻顯示，在一堆廢墟中，百元美金破損的票紙滿地都是，人們無處落腳，只好將美金踩在腳下。
Anttsinc在貼文中寫道：「地震是否暴露了他們一直以來竭力掩蓋的東西？隨著所有人（警察、平民、救援人員）都發現了這些錢，他們已經失控了。」

另一則視頻顯示，可以看到民眾、救援人員和其他人從倒塌的建築物中拉出成捆成捆、裝滿百元美鈔的箱子。大量現金在廢墟中湧現。

除了美元現金，委內瑞拉的豆腐渣工程同樣成為了人們關注的焦點。網友Anttsinc分享了更多災區現場的建築視頻。
他在貼文中寫道：「剛看到委內瑞拉救援人員在現場拍攝的令人震驚的影片：他們正在拆除倒塌的建築物，發現很多建築內部竟然是用泡沫塑膠建造的——外面只有一層薄薄的混凝土。難怪所有東西都像紙板一樣坍塌了。」
他呼籲到：「貪腐加上劣質建築，導致地震造成大規模死亡。這簡直是犯罪。人民理應得到答案。」

另一則視頻顯示混凝土中沒有鋼筋。Anttsinc表示，當地人指出，任何懂建築的人都知道一個顯而易見的事實：他們澆築混凝土時竟然完全沒有使用鋼筋。

混凝土中沒有鋼筋，這讓人想起中國大陸常見的豆腐渣建築。而委內瑞拉過去幾十年來一直同中共關係密切。在前總統馬杜羅（Nicolás Maduro）統治時期，委內瑞拉被北京奉為拉美地區唯一的「全天候戰略夥伴」。
除了滿地的美元現鈔、豆腐渣工程，一腔熱血救人的民眾發現，救人的廢墟現場，持槍者比持鐵鍬的人還多。
Visegrád 24 分享的視頻顯示，一名委內瑞拉救援志工在廢墟附近與國民警衛隊人員對峙，說：「我看到的步槍比鐵鍬還多。這裡根本沒有罪犯。」「我們這裡不需要更多的步槍。我們需要更多的人手來拯救生命。」
