【新唐人2019年02月07日訊】雞煲熱騰騰,香味撲鼻,溫暖的美食一起做吧。

食材份量 Ingredients (四人份量 4 people portion)

兩件雞扒540克 540g chicken

兩隻青紅辣椒(小辣) 2 medium heat chillies

兩隻紅蔥頭(切一半拍鬆) 2 shallots (halved and gently crushed)

六片薑 6 ginger slices

四粒蒜頭(切片) 4 garlic cloves (sliced)

適量芫荽蔥 Handful of coriander & spring onion

醃雞材料 Chicken marinade:

半茶匙鹽 1/2 tsp salt

1/6茶匙胡椒粉 1/6 tsp ground pepper

1½茶匙生粉 1½ tsp potato starch

調味料 Seasoning:

一湯匙柱候醬 1 TBS Chu Hou sauce

半件南乳 1/2 piece of red fermented bean curd

半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar

一茶匙蠔油 1 tsp oyster sauce

一湯匙紹興酒 1 TBS Shaoxing wine

一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil

二百毫升水 200ml water

生粉水: Sauce thickener:

1½茶匙生粉加1湯匙水 1.5 tsp potato starch mix with 1 TBS water
