1、8名傳遞「建三江事件真相」者出獄
2月12號的早上7點鐘，近30位民眾駕駛10輛車到黑龍江富錦看守所，迎接8名被釋放出獄的公民。這8名公民2月1號的晚間，因向當地民眾傳遞「建三江事件真相」，而被非法關押。
建三江事件是指去年的3月份，4名維權律師和7名法輪功學員，因要求建三江黑監獄釋放被非法拘禁的法輪功學員，而被抓捕，並遭酷刑折磨，3名法輪功學員被迫害致生命垂危，4位律師共被打斷24根肋骨。事件引起國際關注，大陸公民組團前仆後繼前往建三江聲援，之後，4名律師和3名法輪功學員被陸續釋放，但另外4名法輪功學員至今仍然被關押。
2.王燕欣狀告建三江法院庭長
「建三江事件」中仍然被非法關押的法輪功學員王燕欣，委託朋友控告建三江農墾法院庭長王敬軍，相關行動2月12號在黑龍江哈爾濱展開。王燕欣1月8號被農墾法院秘密庭審，律師和家屬都不知情。而代理案件的律師，近一年來，也無數次遭建三江警方非法安檢、搜身、毆打和拒見等。
3.豫官廣播威脅民眾：告狀沒有好下場
大陸「維權網」2月12號報導，河南省漯河市英楊村村民因不滿當地政府拆遷，不斷上訪。1月10號，當地一官員通過村裡的大喇叭廣播，不斷高喊「告狀是沒有好下場的……」，村民不滿被公開威脅，1月12號，再次到漯河市政府上訪。
4.6維權人士探監遭警方控制
2月12號下午2點，維權人士江淳、漁夫、尹旭安等6人，到南京江寧區看守所探視被刑拘的南京公民王健，在看守所門口被警察控制，直到晚間才放人。王健2月5號到蘇州圍觀範木根案，被南京江寧警方以尋釁滋事罪刑拘，目前仍在關押中。

of the repressed Chinese people.
1.The Eight Messengers of “Jiansanjiang Truth” Are Released
At 7:00 am of Feb. 12, the eight released Chinese were
greeted by up to 30 people in 10 vehicles.
On the evening of Feb.1, they were illegally detained
in Fujin Detention Center of Heilongjiang Province
for distributing pamphlets about the truth
of the Jiansanjiang incident.
The Jiansanjiang incident took place last March.
Four human rights lawyers and seven Falun Gong practitioners
were arrested and tortured for asking Jiansanjiang black jail
to release the illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners.
Three of the Falun Gong practitioners were in critical condition
and the four lawyers had a total of 24 broken ribs
from the torture in the jail.
It has attracted international attention.
Mainlanders also paid their solidarity by visiting Jiansanjiang
one after another.
Four lawyers and three Falun Gong practitioners were
gradually released, but the other four Falun Gong
practitioners are still being held.
2.Wang Yanxin Files Lawsuit against Jiansanjiang Court Judge,
Wang Jingjun
Wang Yanxin is the Falun Gong practitioner still being jailed
in Jiansanjiang.
She has commissioned a friend to file a lawsuit against
Jiansanjiang Land Reclamation Court Judge Wang Jingjun.
Relevant proceedings will commence in Harbin on Feb. 12.
The kangaroo court conducted a secret trial on Wang Yanxin
on Jan. 8 without notifying her lawyer and family.
Her defence attorney has also been subject to numerous
illegal security checks, body searches, beatings and been
refused to meet with her defendant in the past year.
3.Henan Authorities: Complaints Bound to No Good End
According to www.weiquanwang.org report, local villagers
of Luohe City of Henan Province have been petitioning
against the forced eviction and demolition by the government.
A local official went to the village with a loudspeaker
on Jan. 10 and shouted, “Complaints will lead to no good end.”
To show their discontent for being openly threatened,
villagers went to the City Hall again to petition on Jan. 12.
4.Police Arbitrarily Detain Activists
At 14:00 on Feb. 12, six activists including Jiang Chun, Yu Fu
and others went to Jiangning District Detention Center
of Nanjing to visit Wang Jian who was detained in the Center.
But instead, they were held in police custody
until the evening.
Wang Jian has been jailed since Feb. 5 on the charge of
Crime of Provocation, by the police for being a spectator
of Fan Mugen’s case in Suzhou.
