Facebook

Security Officials Caught In Mafia Case

Recently, many Qingdao Public Security officials

have been arrested suddenly for their involvement in the largest mafia case ever in Qingdao city.

They included former director Wang Yongli,

north district branch director Yu Guoming and more.

This has caused a major shake

in the Qingdao public security system.

All of the arrested officials are culprits

in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.

Guangzhou based New Express reported that on Sept. 29,

of the arrests of Qingdao police security officials,

like the branch director of Lichang district, Feng Yuexin,

north district branch director Yu Guoming,

south district detective chief, and Laoshan district

party secretary of the Political and Judiciary Committee.

The South district branch director is on the run.

Laoshao district political consultation chair was also arrested.

Former Qingdao bureau director Wang Yongli was detained.

The spokesperson for Shandong provincial public security

authorities has recently confirmed the arrests of the officials,

as they are involved in the case of mafia gang leader Nie Lei.

Right before the sentencing, the case was called off.

The high-level of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)

wanted the case to be re-evaluated.

Last year, Nie Lei, owner of several night clubs and over 130

others were arrested, among which 15 were CCP officials.

They are charged with homicide, running casino businesses,

illegal possession of weapons, trafficking, organized prostitution, blackmailing and extortion.

The so-called “anti-mafia” hero Feng Yuexin was revealed

to be a public security director during the day and a gang leader at night.

He had amassed a huge fortune taking advantage of paroles.

Feng has three villas worth over RMB5 million in Qingdao.

He has invested in the Australian mining industry.

His wife and children have long emigrated to Australia.

All the arrested officials in Qingdao are culprits

in the persecution of Falun Gong.

In the Lichang district where branch director Feng Yuexin

was in charge, several Falun Gong practitioners including

Guang Jun, Gao Minxia and Jiang Jixing were abducted,

home ransacked and illegally sentenced to forced labor camps.

The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of

Falun Gong issued in 2009 an announcement to investigate

the north district branch director Yu Guomin and others.

Thirteen Falun Gong practitioners including Jing Fengli, Li Tao

and Lu Xueqin were abducted by police from this branch

in 2008 in the name of Olympic Games. They were all tortured.

Among them, Zheng Xiaoqiang was beaten to disfigurement.

Xue Zhifeng was beaten to near blindness. Liu Lianjun』s front teeth were all knocked out.

Lu Xueqin was beaten by the police for 9 consecutive days,

causing her body to be swollen and bruised all over.

She was in deep coma with skeletal deformities.

Several times, she was on the brim of death.

Police refused her medical treatments, causing her to miss

the optimal treatment time and she is paralyzed since.

Lu Xueqin: “They beat me with hands and feet, with boots,

against my abdomen and waist.

I was deprived of sleep for 9 days. If I was to fall asleep

they beat my head against the ground to keep me awake.”

Radio Free Asia and other media have reported on the case

of Lu Xueqin and other Falun Gong practitioners in Qingdao.

The local court separated Lu』s case from other 12 practitioners

in order to cover up the facts on torture.

Fifteen human rights lawyers including Jiang Tianyong,

Li Subin and Han Zhiguang defended these 13 practitioners.

The court held the first hearing on this case in March 2009.

The 15 lawyers all believe the authorities are seriously

illegal in handling this case throughout the entire process.

The 15 lawyers lodged a protest by collectively refusing to

appear in court. They also sued the court for illegal conduct.

Rights lawyer Jiang Tianyong: “I believe this is a systematic,

very systematic breach of the law.

This is a serious situation, which I never heard

or came across before. It is rather ridiculous.

The judge is brazenly violating the law. His actions

themselves are, we believe, kind of subversion of state power.

When you completely subvert the law of a country,

how could this country still be functioning?”

The now detained ex-chief of the Public Security Bureau

and a former CCP』 secretary, Wang Yongli,

is one of the major culprits who persecute Falun Gong locally.

He has been placed in the investigation list several times

by the World Organization to Investigate

the Persecution of Falun Gong.

Since 1999, there have been at least 39 Falun Gong

practitioners who were persecuted to death.

Several thousand practitioners were illegally sentenced

to forced labor camps or given prison terms,

were forcibly injected with psychotropic drugs,

and suffered from force feedings.

Many more practitioners have been tortured, subjected to

brainwashing, detainments and financial extortions.

Other culprits persecuting Falun Gong in Qingdao include

ex-chief of public security bureau Wang Guozhong,

who committed suicide due to his involvement in mafia gangs;

Laixi city education bureau director Zhang Weicai,

who was assassinated.

Qingdao prosecution director Liu Mingxin,

who died a sudden death due to alcoholism.

Qingdao court』s associate director Liu Qingfeng,

who was arrested due to corruption.

ex-CCP secretary of Qingdao Du Shicheng,

who received life sentence for the “public mistress incident.”

As Clearwisdom.net points out, good is rewarded with good

and evil meets with retribution.

The CCP officials involved in the persecution of Falun Gong

will meet with punishment should they do not stop and repent.
