【新唐人北京時間2019年05月20日訊】Kuih Lompang Jagung粟米碗仔糕

Ingredients:

130g caster sugar(細砂糖)

300ml water(水)

2 pandan leaves,knotted(2片班蘭葉,打結)

110g rice flour(粘米粉)

60g tapioca flour(木薯粉)

20g custard powder(吉士粉/蛋黃粉)

1/2 tsp salt(鹽)

200ml corn juice(粟米汁)∼200g sweet corn cream blended with 150ml water(200克罐頭甜粟米加入150毫升水,打爛取汁)

100ml thick coconut milk(濃椰漿)

100g grated coconut(白椰絲)

1/4 tsp salt(鹽)
