材料Ingredients:
4 cups of rice,washed and drained-(560g rice)4杯米,洗淨,瀝乾水分-(560克米)
300g yam,cut into cubes(300克芋頭,切丁)
4 pips garlic,chopped(蒜米,切碎)
4 shallots,chopped(蔥頭仔,切碎)
50g dried shrimps(蝦米)
200g chicken meat(雞肉,切丁)
5 mushrooms,soaked and cut into cubes(香菇,浸軟,切丁)
4 tbsp oil(油)
4 cups of water~740g water(4杯水~740克水)
Seasoning(調味料):
1 tbsp dark soy sauce(黑醬油)
2 1/2 tsp salt(鹽)
1 tsp pepper(胡椒粉)
1/2 tsp five spice powder(五香粉)
Rice cooker measuring cup(電飯鍋的量杯):
1 cup of rice=140g(1杯米=140克)
1 cup of water=185g(1杯水=185克)
