食材 Ingredients

鹹香小卷100-120g Tiny Squid, Boiled with Salt

朝天椒四兩 150g Hot Chili

食用油 200ml Cooking Oil

薑片 數片 4-5 Sliced Ginger

冰糖一湯匙 20g Crystal Sugar

鹽1/2茶匙 1/2 tsp of Salt
