材料Ingredients：(6人份量 Served for 6)

雞脾 8隻 Chicken drumsticks 8 pcs

汆水：Blanch

薑 2片 Ginger 2pcs

蔥 適量 Scallion Little

紹興酒 1湯匙 Shaoxing Chinese Wine 1tbsp

蔥油：Scallion oil

薑 6片 Ginger 6pcs

紅蔥頭 2粒 Red onion 2pcs

蒜頭 4粒 Garlic 4pcs

蔥 適量 Scallion Little

指天椒(可不加) 1條 Chilli (optional)

油 適量 Cooking oil Little

醬汁：Sauce

生抽 2湯匙 Soy sauce 2tbsp

蠔油 2湯匙 Oyster sauce 2tbsp

鹽 1茶匙 Table salt 1tsp
