花雕雞麵(二人份量Serve 2)

雞腿 300g Chicken Thigh

花雕酒 15g Huadiao Wine

生抽 5g Soy Sauce

麻油 10g Sesame Oil

薑 2pcs Ginger

蒜蓉 1pc Garlic

杞子 3g Wolfberries

當歸 2g Chinese Angelica

桂圓 5g Longan Aril

生抽 5g Soy Sauce

鹽 1/4 tsp Salt

水 500ml Water

花雕酒 120ml Huadiao Wine

即食麵 1-2 Instant noodles
