四川數百人聚集縣政府 追討投資款

2月2號，四川省南充市營山縣數百投資人，聚集縣政府示威，追討他們的投資款，大批警察到場戒備。據了解，日前，因老闆跑路，上億資金無法兌現，投資人已連續在宏基資產管理有限公司抗議多日。

七公民聲援範木根遭群毆

2月2號中午，在蘇州聲援「範木根案」的賈榀、徐麗艷等7位公民，向蘇州警方查詢2號因圍觀「範木根案」被抓捕的王芳、孫濤等5人的情況後， 被一輛中巴車跟蹤，並遭到車上十幾人的毆打，江蘇公民顧義民也被抓走。

三名殘疾老人睡豬欄吃豬食

2月3號，大陸「維權網」披露，湖南桃江縣武潭鎮崇山坪村，三位殘疾老人，因沒後臺，沒關係，一直得不到當地政府的補助，只能靠拾荒來維持生活，冬天只能在豬欄裡避風，吃豬食度日。

律師拉橫幅 要閱卷權

湖北律師張科科去年12月11號，在吉林省遼源市為一名法輪功學員辯護時，因在法庭上說了一句「憲法保障公民言論自由和信仰自由」，被法警當庭抓捕，12月2號，張科科律師再次前往當地，被法院拒絕閱卷。

1月3號，張科科和許付桂律師，冒著嚴寒在吉林省遼源西安區法院門前，拉橫幅爭取閱卷權，兩人分別是法輪功學員田宜富和張桂霞夫婦的辯護人。

Hundreds of People Gathered at Sichuan County Government

to Request the Return of Their Investment Funds

On Feb. 2, hundreds of investors in Yingshan county,

Sichuan province demonstrated at the county government

to recover their investment funds.

A large number of police were on alert at the scene.

It is said that billions of investment funds cannot

be recovered because the owner fled.

The investors have continuously protested for many days

at Acer Asset Management Ltd.

Seven Citizens Beaten by a Group Due To Their Support

of Fan Mugen.

Seven people who voiced solidarity towards the Fan Mugen

case in Suzhou were followed by a minibus

and beaten by those in the minibus on Feb. 2.

They were Jia Pin, Xu Liyan and others.

They were targeted after inquiring with police regarding

the condition of five onlookers in Fan’s case.

Jiangsu citizen Gu Yimin was taken away as well.

Three Disabled Elderly Sleep in Pigsty, Eat Pig Feed

On Feb. 3, mainland Human Rights Defenders disclosed

that three disabled elderly from Hunan Chongshanping

village can’t receive local government’s subsidies

because of no background and relationship.

They can only rely on scavenging to maintain their lives.

During winter, they could only live in the pigsty

and eat what the pigs eat.

Lawyers Requested Document Review Right by Holding Up A Banner

Last Dec. 11, Hubei lawyer Zhang Keke was arrested

at the court because he said the Constitution guarantees

citizen’s freedom of speech and religion when he defended

a Falun Gong practitioner in Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province.

On Dec. 12, Zhang Keke went there again

and was denied document review by the court.

Jan. 3, lawyers Zhang Keke and Xu Fugui went to the court

in Xian district of Liaoyuan city to appeal for the document

review right by holding up a banner.

They are defenders for Falun Gong practitioners

Tian Yifu and Zhang Guixia, a married couple.
