【新唐人2014年11月20日訊】被中共列為第一大禁書的《九評共產黨》自問世起，至今已經十年了，儘管遭到了當局的強力封殺，但令中共料想不到的是，這本奇書越禁越傳，十年間，不但傳遍了中國大陸，更是引發了全球退黨大潮，令中共又恨又怕。如今，《九評》已經被譯作幾十種語言在各國人民和政要首腦間廣泛傳閱，所引發的億萬退黨大潮也正在與全球廣泛的去除共產主義運動遙相呼應，所造成的影響更是由中國輻射向了全世界。
十年前的今天，全面揭露共產黨來源和歷史的系列社論《九評共產黨》在《大紀元時報》首次連載，並在短時間內迅速傳遍中國。猶如一顆炸彈的《九評》，引爆大陸「三退」大潮——讀過《九評》的大陸民眾在了解了中共的本質後，紛紛在《大紀元》退黨網站發表「三退」聲明，要求退出共產黨、共青團、少先隊等相關組織，在國際社會引發了巨大反響。
十年過去，《九評》不但被翻譯成英、日、德、法、韓、俄、西班牙、意大利等23國語言在世界各地傳播和發行，並受到了廣泛好評。《九評》還曾獲得烏克蘭書展「最佳出版獎」提名，以及2005年美國亞裔記者協會「網路報導類最佳獎」等褒獎，被民間譽為「曠世奇書」。
中國社會問題研究人士，中國民主黨全委會美國委員會主席張健：「可以說這本書給我的震撼，超出了以往任何書的想像。我打開之後，看這本書就是四個字『欲罷不能』，完全就不能放下了，後來我可以說是一氣完成。我看完這部書以後就對我朋友說，我說寫這本書的人，的確就是拯救中國未來的。」
令人稱奇的是，《九評》的傳播完全跨越了種族、信仰、國家和階層的界限，閱讀的人群從中國大陸遍及海外；從共產國家到西方民主國家；從民間百姓到政要首腦。
據不完全統計，在過去的十年間，與《九評》相關的各種室內研討會、專題論壇、新聞發佈會、圖片展等活動，至少舉辦了2000場，遍及全球5大洲上百個城市。參加會議的專家、學者、政要、領袖、社會精英、媒體人達到上萬人。
張健：「因為從來沒有一本書如此詳細的把共產黨所有的醜陋與邪惡，它這種骯髒、它怎麼樣去剝削我們中國人民，沒有這樣寫出來。這本書淋漓盡致的把中共魔鬼的形象，刻畫的入木三分，每一個人看到這本書的時候，都能在這本書裡面找到自己被迫害、被剝削、被折磨——在肉體和精神上被折磨這種影子。所以這本書你看完之後，你馬上跟它產生了共鳴。」
烏克蘭第一任總統列昂尼德•克拉夫丘克曾在多個場合向媒體、政要推薦俄文版《九評》。他說前蘇聯解體後，他退出了蘇共，並不斷的反思前蘇聯歷史。因為他常翻看《九評》，使他對過去和今天有了清醒深刻的認識。
然而，最讓國際社會和媒體震動的，則是《九評》所引發的「全球退黨大潮」。據《大紀元》退黨中心統計，在《九評》傳播的十年間，「三退」人數從最初的幾十、幾百人發展到現在的超過1億8千3百萬人，並且還在以每個月300多萬人、每天10萬人，每分鐘70多人的數字迅速增長著。
歐洲議會議員前愛沙尼亞議會副主席董納克蘭Tunne Kelam：「這是非常令人鼓舞的潮流，希望能持續帶來變革。這提醒了我，生活在獨裁統治下的每個人都有機會，那就是不讓他（她）自己被共產黨的宣傳所利用。這也就是現在實際上發生的（三退），是一種非暴力抵抗，但這讓你遠離這個體制，遠離它的宣傳、它的謊言。這只是一個開始，培養對自己的尊重，重新找尋自我，並最終得出結論：你無法生活在暴力、謊言的體制下。」
捷克前總統哈維爾，2005年在回應如何看待《九評》所引發的中國「三退」大潮現象時表示：對抗共產主義最好的武器，不是採用武力器械，而是採用道德，理念和知識的武器，能夠面對危險而勇敢的站出來堅持真理是最有效的辦法。
歷史學家認為，《九評》一書令大陸民眾思想有了根本而徹底的轉變，覺醒後的人們引發的「三退」效應，正在將全球去共化運動推向歷史最高點。
董納克蘭Tunne Kelam：「我認為任何一個變化，都始於個人。首先是人內心的改變，成為一個內心自由的公民，一個有責任感的公民。能夠對現行的體制，提出可替代的民主體制。當千百萬民眾，就像現在中國發生的，遠離執政黨時，那麼民主變革就很可能會發生。」
《九評》發表前，去共化運動在東歐各國相繼掀起，但僅表現在解體共產黨的政治體制、銷毀黨魁塑像和共產書籍等方面，多數人對共產主義的認識僅停留在它給人類帶來的種種災難層面，而對於共產黨的本質和根源並沒能完全了解。
《九評》發表後的十年間，全球出現了更大規模、更徹底的去除共產主義運動，烏克蘭、波蘭、喬治亞、捷克、立陶宛、愛沙尼亞、匈牙利等國家紛紛通過法律和決議，清算前共產黨成員、清除國家境內一切共產主義符號、黨文化和共產黨的影響；歐洲議會2009年舉行了「歐洲良知和共產極權罪行」的聽證會；亞洲2014年發生了海內外矚目的台灣「太陽花學運」以及香港「佔中」運動，這些都被認為是民眾在徹底認清共產黨本質後覺醒的表現。
董納克蘭Tunne Kelam：「沒有獨裁政權能永遠持續下去。它越早垮臺，對我們大家越好。」
人們形容：《九評》的傳出，猶如九把利劍，徹底斬斷了中共的根基。

Global Effect Of The Ban Of The Number One Book
Since the CCP’s number one banned book was published
a decade ago, the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist
Party" has only become ever more popular
much to the surprise of CCP.
For ten years, it has spread throughout Mainland
and triggered a global tide of denouncing the Communist
organizations, causing hatred and fear by the CCP.
Available in dozens of languages and circulating among
the people and political leaders, the Nine Commentaries
has caused the global denouncement of the CCP
that echoes with the worldly elimination of Communism.
The effect has radiated from China to the whole world.
Ten years ago today, the Epoch Times’ editorial series,
“Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" that fully
detailed the origin and history of the Communist Party
went public for the first time.
Like a bomb, the Nine Commentaries detonated a tide
of denouncing the CCP and its associated organizations
in China.
People who read the Nine Commentaries understand
the nature of CCP.
One after another, they announced their withdrawals from
the Communist organizations on the Epoch Times website.
Great repercussions have thus been created by these public
denouncements of the Chinese Communist Party,
Communist Youth League, and the Young Pioneers of China.
Over the past decade, the Nine Commentaries has been
translated into 23 different languages— English, Japanese,
German, French, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Italian
and more.
Global distribution and publication have won
the Nine Commentaries widely praise.
It was nominated the Best Publication Award
in the Ukrainian Book Fair, and received the 2005 National
Awards for new media journalists in the Asian American
Issues.
It was hailed a masterpiece by general folks.

Surprisingly, the Nine Commentaries has completely crossed
the boundaries of race, creed, national and class;
readers range from China to overseas, from communist
countries to Western democratic countries;
from the common people to political dignitaries.
Data showed at least 2,000 seminars, forums,
press conferences, exhibitions and other activities
have been held in the past decade, in hundreds of cities
and in five continents.
Participants have exceeded tens of thousands from experts,
academics, politicians, leaders, elites, to media professionals.
Zhang Jian: “There has never been a book describing in such
detail all the ugliness and evilness of the Communist Party,
its dirty exploitation of the Chinese people.
This book so vividly portrayed the devil image of the CCP.
Those who have been persecuted, exploited, tortured
by the CCP can see the shadow of torture both physically
and mentally.
After reading this book, it immediately resonates
with people."
The first President of Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk,
has recommended the “Nine Commentaries" to the media
and politicians on several occasions.
He said that after the demise of former Soviet Union,
he withdrew from the CPSU, and has been reflecting
on the history of the former Soviet Union.
Reading the Nine Commentaries brings him awareness
and deep understanding of the past and present.
However, much to the surprise of the international
community and the media, the “global tide of quitting
the CCP " has been triggered by the Nine Commentaries.
According to the Quitting the CCP Center of Epoch Times,
the number of the people who withdrew from the CCP
and its affiliated organizations have developed from tens
to hundreds and now more than 183 million Chinese today.
The number is still growing fast at the rate of 3 million
a month, 100,000 a day, and around 70 people per minute.
Member of European Parliament Tunne Kelam: “This is
an encouraging trend, hopefully it would also contribute
to bringing about change.
But this reminds me of the chance of every person living
under the dictatorship.
That is not to allow himself or herself to be used
by communist propaganda.
This is exactly what is happening.
It is a passive resistance.
But it is distancing yourself from the system,
from its propaganda, from its lies.
This is the beginning of developing respect for yourself,
rediscovering your identity, finally concluding that
you cannot live in a system of violence and lies."
In 2005, former Czech President Václav Havel, in response
to the Quit the CCP movement triggered by the Nine
Commentaries, said that the best weapon against communism
is not the force, but the ethics, philosophy and knowledge.
To uphold the truth with courage in the face
of danger is the most effective way.
Historians believe that the Nine Commentaries brings about
a fundamental ideological and radical change to mainlanders.
The withdrawals from the Communist organizations
are pushing the global movement of eliminating Communism
to the historically highest point.
Tunne Kelam: “I think every change starts from a person,
from an individual, you first need to change within yourself,
to become a free citizen internally, a responsible citizen who
is capable of offering alternatives, democratic alternatives,
to the existing ones…
and then when millions of people, like in China,
distance themselves from the ruling party,
then it is quite possible it will help very much that
a democratic change will take place."
Before the Nine Commentaries was published, the elimination
of Communism had began in Eastern European countries,
but only manifested in the disintegration of the Communist
Party’s political system, the destruction of communist leaders’
statues and Communism books.
Most people’s understanding of Communism only stays
at the level of the disaster to humans.
The nature and causes of the Communist Party
had not been fully understood.
In the 10 years since the publication of the Nine
Commentaries, a grand scale and thorough removal
of Communism has emerged in the world.
Countries such as Ukraine, Poland, Georgia, Czech Republic,
Lithuania, Estonia, and Hungary have adopted laws
and resolutions to clear out former Communist Party
members, communist symbols, culture and the influence
of the Communist Party in its territories;
the European Parliament held a public hearing in 2009
on European conscience and crimes
of the Totalitarian Communism;
Taiwan’s Sunflower Student Movement in 2014
and the Occupy Central movement in Hong Kong
are all considered demonstration of a clear understanding
of the nature of Communist Party by the people.
Tunne Kelam: “No dictatorship is going to last forever.
The sooner it collapses, the better for all of us."
People describe that The Nine Commentaries is like nine
swords that completely sever the CCP’s foundation.
