Facebook

Former CCP United Front Minister: No Religion for Party Members

Zhu Weiqun, former Deputy Minister of the United

Front Work Department of the CCP Central

Committee, spoke in an interview a few days ago.

Zhu said that CCP members cannot believe in

religion, otherwise, the CCP would “fall apart”.

He emphasized that if CCP members plan to

believe in religion, s/he should quit the CCP first.

On June 10, China Newsweek

interviewed the Zhu Weiqun.

His new title is Director of Ethnic and Religious

Committee of the CPPCC National Committee.

Zhu Weiqun served as Deputy Minister of United Front

Work Department of the Central Committee for 15 years.

Zhu Weiqun said that CCP members cannot believe in

religion, as it is incompatible with the CCP political program.

Commentator Heng He said that the CCP,

as a system, supports communism.

CCP members are atheist. Therefore,

the CCP is opposed to all religious beliefs.

Heng He: “Communism is a system, and this

system is opposed to all things in human society.

This includes religion, which is

handed down through human history.

Religion is believed by people and

helps maintain human morality.

People believe in the gods, which is the most important part.

However, the CCP system is passed down from

Marxism, and the CCP members are atheists.

The CCP wants to destroy the existing structure

of society as a whole, including social ideologies.”

“Radio Free Asia” reported that the Party Constitution

does not state, “communists cannot believe in religion.”

However, successive CCP leaders – Mao Zedong,

Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao – have

made it clear that communists cannot believe in religion.

Zhu Weiqun also admitted that there

was no verbal objection to “no religion”.

However, many senior CCP

officials feel unhappy in their minds.

He also said that CCP members can believe in religion,

but that they will need to quit the party if they do so.

Commentator Lin Zixu highlights that the CCP adheres to

the principle of “CCP members cannot believe in religion.”

It is a blatant challenge to the “Constitution”.

Lin Zixu: “The Chinese Constitution clearly defines

that Chinese citizens have freedom of religion.

Zhu Weiquan also listed Mao,

Deng, Jiang, Hu and Xi together.

This is to tell you clearly that even

CCP leaders refuse to obey the law.

The CCP talks about running state affairs

according to law. This is a pack of lies.”

Lin Zixu also pointed out that Buddhism, Taoism

and Confucianism have a very long history in China.

These orthodox religions are the

foundation of traditional Chinese culture.

Chinese culture is rooted in these traditional beliefs.

The CCP has deprived Chinese

people of their freedom of belief.

This is tantamount to severing the Chinese peoples roots.

Chinese people believe that man is an integral part of nature.

According to Lao Tzu, Man takes his law from

the Earth, the Earth takes its law from Heaven

and Heaven takes its law from the Tao.

The law of the Tao is its being what it is.

There is a continuous state in the

universe between man and nature.

The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party

points out that the CCP does not believe in the gods.

It does not respect the natural world, and “fights

with endless enjoyment with the heavens, fights

with endless enjoyment with the earth, and

fights with endless enjoyment with the human”.

The CCP struggles with nature with it’s militarism.

The CCP is an anti-universal evil entity.

Heng He: “All the major religions were passed

to people before the start of human civilization.

In other words, religions are not developed by humans.

The gods teach people how to live,

and develop their ethical standards.

Religions are something which

the gods provided to humans.

Any one of the main human civilizations

relies on religion to maintain moral standards.”

Lin Zixu analyzed why the CCP has established the

principle of “CCP members cannot believe in religion.”

Religions hold different views from

violent revolution advocated by CCP.

Lin Zixu: “Any orthodox faith brings people

calm and good things, which doesn’t fit with

violent revolution advocated by the CCP.

If freedom of belief is allowed, there will be no market

for the garbage theories by Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong.

Nowadays even the CCP feels ashamed when

Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong are mentioned.

If there is no market for these garbage CCP

theories, it is difficult for the CCP to survive.”

Zhu Weiqun admitted that currently, China’s religions

show a trend of growth, whether it is in terms of the

number of believers, or of the religions social influence.

Lin Zixu also suggests that the has CCP continued

to suppress religious people for many years.

However, there are more and more religious people.

Many CCP members, including senior

ones, have started to enter into religions.

Lin Zixu said that it could be another major

sign, which shows the coming fall of the CCP.
