【新唐人2009年6月8日訊】China has become the world’s hottest and highest spot for absorbing foreign investment. There are two prevailing opinions about this trend among western and Chinese scholars: one is that foreign investment can urge the development of both China’s economy and democratization; the other is that by having foreign investment, China will be forced to obey international regulations, which will hopefully decrease corruption.
