【新唐人2015年2月4日讯】美国白宫的中国问题专家出版了一本新书，内容详细指出中共启动一个秘密的“百年计划”，欺骗了历届美国政府，以致于它们在不知不觉中，用中共主导的政治经济制度，来取代美国自己领导的世界秩序。
美国《华盛顿自由灯塔》2月2号报导说，为历届美国政府研究中国政策和情报问题的分析师白邦瑞（Michael Pillsbury）指出，在超过四十年里，中共领导人麻痹美国历任总统、内阁部长和其他政府分析家以及决策者们，令他们错误地评估中共是一个值得美国支持的良性力量。
根据白邦瑞的新书《百年马拉松》（The Hundred Year Marathon），中国的战略忽悠计划曝光了。文章称，中国有一项秘密的现代化“百年计划”，针对美国历届政府进行欺骗，用中共主导的政治经济系统，替代美国主导的世界秩序。
书中说，中共战略性欺骗的计划，是由毛泽东在1955年启动的，它广泛散布中国是一个贫穷落后闭塞国家的错误认知。“所以美国必须帮助它们，白送东西给它们，保持对它们友好。”
美国中文杂志《中国事务》总编辑伍凡认为，当时美国的想法是帮助中国人把生活条件建设起来，要不然，人口都往外跑，世界各国受不了。
美国中文杂志《中国事务》总编辑伍凡：“所以就支持制定政策让中国自己富起来，希望能够富起来以后，改变人们的思想，走上自由民主化道路，可是现在后面这条路失败了，完全失败了，那么共产党利用了这么个局势，就得到全世界的资金、技术、人才、管理等等的支持和帮助，大力的发展起来了。”
白邦瑞的新书指出，中共的战略旨在获取全球经济的主导权。经济、政治和军事实力的结合，令中共寻求成为一个新的全球“霸主”，以向全世界出口它的反民主政治制度和掠夺性经济做法。
《百年马拉松》这本书总结说，这个秘密战略以制造资金、技术和专业知识的大规模转移，提振中共和军队里的超级鹰派，现在在采取步骤追赶并试图超越美国。
伍凡说，这个消息当时《中国事务》网站刊登很多次了，美国不可能不知道，只是认为当时的中共军事力量不足以构成威胁。如今中共的军事力量正在逐渐继续扩大，美国才开始紧张起来了。
根据《美国之音》报导，美国国防部主管军事装备和后勤事务的次长肯德尔(Frank Kendall)，对美国国会议员们说，中共大力提升军事现代化是为了对付美国。
肯德尔指出，1994年，美国情报部门在对中共军事实力进行评估后，认定中共是一个落后的军事力量，但中共现今的军事建设令人担忧。
《中国事务》主编伍凡：“所以美国现在相当一部分的智库，发表的文章也好，写的书也好，包括这次出这本书的人也好，就是要提醒美国民众，有一条大狼在门口了，这条大狼随时会咬我们，要逐步逐步准备应对大狼。”
此外，白邦瑞也披露了一名脱逃中共掌控的人士，曝光了北京从1995到2000年发起有效的游说运动，导致美国国会仅仅在中共因天安门屠杀，被制裁的几年之后，批准给予中国最惠国待遇。

“The Hundred-Year Marathon" Reveals Communist Regime’s
Hidden Strategy
A White House China expert has published a new book,
which points out that the Chinese regime has initiated
the “Hundred-Year Marathon" program, which has
deceived the past several US administrations, and made
them unknowingly use the Communist regime-dominated
political and economic systems to replace the
US-dominated world order.
The US Washington Freedom Lighthouse reported on Feb. 2
that Michael Pillsbury, a China analyst who has worked
with several previous US administrations to study Chinese
policy and intelligence issues, pointed out that over the past
four decades, Chinese leaders have paralyzed US presidents,
cabinet ministers, other analysts in the government and
decision-makers, to let them wrongly believe that the
Communist regime is a benign force worthy of US support.
In Michael Pillsbury’s new book “The Hundred Year Marathon",
China’s hidden strategic plan has been exposed.
The article indicates that the Communist regime has a secret
modernization plan, i.e. “The Hundred Year Marathon" program,
which aimed to deceive the past several US administrations,
to make them use the Chinese regime-dominated political
and economic systems to replace the US-dominated world order.
The book said that the Chinese regime’s strategic deception
plan was initiated by Mao Zedong in 1955.
It widely spread the misperception that China was a poor
and backward country.
“And therefore the United States has to help them,
and give away things to them, to make sure they stay friendly,"
said Michael Pillsbury.
China Affairs magazine editor-in-chief Chris Wu said that
the United States’ idea at that time was to help Chinese people
build up their living conditions; otherwise, other countries
around the world could not stand the exodus of Chinese population.
Chris Wu: “So they agreed to make policies to help China
prosper, hoping that after becoming prosperous,
it could change its people’s stereotype and walk on the path
of freedom and democracy.
But this strategy has failed, a complete failure.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) utilized such a situation
to gain the world’s capital, technology, human resources
and management.
With these supports and help, the CCP has grown vigorously."
Pillsbury’s book points out that the Chinese regime’s strategy
is intended to achieve global economic domination.
With the combination of economic, political and military
prowess, the Chinese regime wants to be a new global
superpower so as to export its anti-democratic political
system and predatory economic practices to the world.
“The Hundred Year Marathon" concludes that this secret
strategy employed manufacturing capital and mass transfer
of technology and expertise to boost its super hawk power
in the Chinese military.
At present, it is taking steps to catch up
and try to surpass the United States.
Chris Wu added that the news was published
on the Chinese Affairs Website many times.
It’s impossible that the United States didn’t know it.
It might simply believe that the Chinese regime’s military
strength was not strong enough to pose any threat.
Today, as the Chinese regime’s military is gradually expanding,
the United States begins to feel nervous.
Voice of America reported, the US Under Secretary of Defense
for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, Frank Kendall
told US congress that the reason for the Chinese regime
to vigorously modernize its military is to deal with the US.
Kendall pointed out that in 1994, US intelligence agencies
assessed the Chinese regime’s military strength, and came to
the conclusion that the regime’s military was still backward,
but nowadays, the regime’s military buildup is worrisome.
Chris Wu: “So, the articles and books published by quite a lot
of US think tanks recently, including this newly-published book,
are intended to remind the US general public that a big wolf is right
at their doorsteps, and this big wolf is poised to bite them anytime.
So they should be prepared to fight against this big wolf
step by step."
In addition, Pillsbury also disclosed what was mentioned
by a Chinese who escaped Communist regime control.
He exposed that Beijing initiated an effective lobbying
campaign between 1995 and 2000.
It has resulted in the fact that US Congress only imposed
sanctions on the Chinese regime for a few years
after the Tiananmen Square massacre, and then they granted
Most-Favored National trade status to China.
