【新唐人2014年10月10日讯】港府单方取消对话 学联批“国际笑柄”
香港政务司司长林郑月娥10月9号突然单方面宣布，取消原定10号与“香港专上学生联合会”的对话。
林郑月娥在特别召开的记者会上表示，取消对话的理由，是因为“学联”方面宣布展开新一轮不合作运动，并且重新提出要求中共“人大常委”撤回之前有关香港政改的决定，以及争取公民提名特首候选人，动摇了双方对话的基础。
“学联”对港府的这个决定表示失望，并指责港府没有对话诚意，是在故意找借口拖延。
当天晚上，“学联”在脸书上发表声明说，政府先定下对话的前题，然后借故取消会面，责任尽在香港政府。
“学联”秘书长周永康晚间也在公开场合回应表示，他们从发动罢课开始，一直要求与政府对话，政府却一再逃避，甚至连“找不到会面场地”都成为延迟的借口，根本毫无诚意。
周永康说，双方对话是举世瞩目的事情，港府的做法已经沦为国际笑柄，贻笑大方，丢香港人的脸。
对话搁置 香港占中对抗再次升级
双方对话被取消后，“占中”发起人、“学联”及“学民思潮”发出消息，呼吁支持者10号晚上再次到金钟“占中”地点集会，抗议政府封杀对话。他们希望通过群众的呐喊声，展现港人对民主的坚持。
这些“占中”团体再次提出，要求香港行政长官梁振英下台，以及中共“人大”常委收回香港政改决定，为2017年行政长官选举引进公民提名。
有分析认为，港府搁置与“学联”的对话，等于搁置通过对话解决“占中”运动，可能会导致双方的对抗行动升级。
梁振英丑闻国际聚焦 陆媒沉默
10月8号澳洲媒体爆出的香港行政长官梁振英，收取5000万港元秘密款项的消息，已经引起海外媒体的广泛关注，多家主流媒体都将“梁振英面临审查”的字眼放到了标题中，显示梁振英前景不妙。
但是中国大陆的媒体却对这条消息集体保持沉默，大陆几大门户网站，新浪、搜狐、网易、腾讯等，对这条在国际上引发广泛反响的重大新闻，没有进行任何报导，到记者截稿时间为止，没有发现一条简讯。
有大陆媒体人士认为，这显然是接到中共宣传部门的封口令。
有分析人士指出，梁振英在香港“占中”期间成为焦点人物，要求梁振英辞职也一直是“占中”民众提出的主要诉求之一，现在爆出的这条有关梁振英收取巨额资金的新闻，显然给“占中”以来一直给梁振英撑腰打气的北京当局出了一个难题。

Sinister Government Betrayal Criticized by Hong Kong
Federation of Students (HKFS)
October 9, Hong Kong Chief Secretary for Administration
Carrie Lam, unilaterally cancelled the dialogue with HKFS
scheduled for October 10th.
Carrie Lam, in a special press conference said that the reason
for the cancelation is because the HKFS announced a new round
of non-cooperation measures and renewed their call for
withdrawal of the Hong Kong political reform decision by the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) National People’s Congress (NPC),
and continue with their struggled for citizen nominated
candidates, which undermined the bases for the dialogue.
HKFS felt disappointed with the Hong Kong Government.
They accused the Government of having no sincerity and
of using deliberate delaying tactics and excuses.
In the evening, HKFS posted on Facebook that the Government
bears the responsibility because they set the dialogue terms
and then fabricated excuses to cancel the dialogue.
That evening, the Secretary-General of HKFS Zhou Yongkang
also publicly responded:
“the Government has no sincerity at all because they requested
dialogue with the government from the beginning of the strike.
However, the government has repeatedly evaded, and even used
the banned meeting venues as an excuse for the delay.”
Zhou Yongkang said it’s a remarkable dialogue between the
parties.
The Government has become an international laughing stock
and lost face with the Hong Kong people.
Dialogue is Laid Aside – Hong Kong Occupy Central is
Upgraded Again
The Occupy Central sponsor, HKFS and Scholarism called on
supporters to gather at Occupy Central, in Admiralty,
again to protest against the dictatorial government’s refusal to
open dialogue and reaffirm their hold on the streets after the
dialogue cancellation.
These Occupy Central groups again requested the Hong Kong
Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying to step down;
the CCP NPC to withdraw Hong Kong political reform decision
and to introduce citizen nomination for the 2017 Chief Executive
election.
It’s analyzed that the Government setting aside the dialogue
with HKFS is equal to giving up the dialogue resolution for
Occupy Central which could lead to further confrontation
between the two sides.
Leung Chun-ying’s Scandal is in the International Spotlight,
Mainland Media Keep Silent
October 8, Australian Media disclosed that the Hong Kong
Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying secretly received HK$50
million in payments which has attracted wide global attention.
Several mainstream Media use the title:
“Leung Chun-ying is facing investigation”,
which indicates Leung Chun-ying’s poor future.
However, mainland media keep silence.
Several mainland websites Sina, Sohu, Netease, Tencent, etc.
have no report on such international repercussive news.
By our reporters’ deadline, there is not even a brief.
It’s believed by mainland media people that they obviously
received the CCP Propaganda Department’s gag order.
Some analysts have pointed out that, Leung Chun-ying came
under the spotlight in the Hong Kong Occupy Central.
Leung Chun-ying’s resignation is one of the democratic requests.
Leung Chun-ying’s scandal is obvious a difficulty for Beijing
authorities who have backed him up.
