【新唐人2014年09月16日讯】81岁高龄的大陆知名作家铁流，疑似因为在网上发表批评中共政治局常委刘云山的言论，日前被警方以“涉嫌寻衅滋事”罪名传唤带走，并随即遭到刑事拘留。有分析认为，铁流被抓，凸显中共高层的博弈相当激烈。
9月14号晚上9点多，北京维权律师刘晓原在新浪微博上发布消息说：当天凌晨1点，警方将铁流带走传唤。中午12点，公安机关以铁流涉嫌“寻衅滋事罪”，将他刑事拘留，羁押在北京市第一看守所。
帖子还说，铁流的妻子任女士已收到刑拘通知书。任女士认为，丈夫是因为写文章而惹祸。
这条微博迅速被删除，但被海外自由微博网站保存。
铁流的女儿目前旅居美国，她向《希望之声国际广播电台》透露，父亲家中的电脑等设备全部被抄走。
中共党史专家辛子陵：“说他寻衅滋事，他80岁老人了，他寻什么衅，滋什么事啊？他就是在网上写了一篇文章嘛，特别是批评了一些刘云山，就这个事情，我想这个事情不会有很大的事情，等一等吧，看一看形势吧！”
中共党史专家辛子陵向《新唐人》记者透露，铁流家里养了一条藏獒，铁流出事的前一天晚上，这条藏獒被毒死了。
辛子陵：“摄像头被破坏了。我说是不是有人要对你下手？先把藏獒给毒死了，又把摄像头给你破坏了，这就便于作案，便于行动了。我说这个事情，你向公安报告一下。他报了案了。他报了，就是这么个结果。第二天晚上找他谈话，后来据说是1点多钟，把他带走了。”
据了解，铁流8月28号写了一篇题为《“破除枷锁，启蒙民众”，必须清算刘云山反改革罪行》的文章。文章说，刘云山是一个无德、无才、无能、无操守、无品德的伪君子，他除了听命于“二奸二假”的前中共党魁江泽民外，从来没有为国家和民族做过一件好事。
文章批评，刘云山这位江泽民时代的遗老，为了维护自己小集团的利益，千方百计控制宣传舆论阵地，多次劫持并垄断了现任中共总书记习近平“中国梦”等言论的解释权，是习李王新政最大的干预者和反对者。文章还指出，刘云山长期支持薄熙来“唱红打黑 ”，是周永康政变的密谋者。
据《新纪元周刊》披露，负责文宣口的刘云山，不仅对习近平当局的政策进行消极抵制、封杀，甚至“绑架”习近平向左转，不断制造事端。
报导说，去年1月爆发的“南周事件”，就是刘云山通过广东宣传部部长，删除了《南周》新年献词中的“宪政梦”，令习近平难堪。
之后，刘云山又通过中宣部发出《关于当前意识形态领域情况的通报》，然后还提出“七不讲”，不讲普世价值、新闻自由、公民社会、公民权利、党的历史错误、权贵资产阶级，和司法独立等。一时间，中国意识形态领域乌云密布。
9月5号，习近平在中共人大成立60周年大会上讲话，其中所提的“依宪治国”、“依法治国”内容，被刘云山控制的中宣部全部过滤，相关内容在《新华网》等官媒上消失。
辛子陵指出，铁流被抓，凸显中共高层的博弈相当激烈。
辛子陵：“因为铁流的立场很明显的，他要维护习近平为首的新帮子，这个事情，你（刘云山）做为新帮子一员，你不应该拆台，你不应该说相反的话嘛，而且国家主席讲了要依法执政，依宪执政，你就给删掉了，这算个什么事？是对，还是不对？他自己也不敢说他对，但是他有这个权力，他就这么办了。”
铁流，1935年出生于四川，本名黄泽荣。他曾在1957年“反右”时被划为“右派”。近年来也不断对中共当局提出批评。2010年10月，他和一群中国新闻工作者联名致函中共全国人大常委会，要求取消媒体管制，实现新闻自由。前年7月，铁流在香港法轮功学员反迫害13周年的集会上，发表了国语录音讲话，呼吁中共当局应该无条件释放所有法轮功学员，并把迫害镇压民众的“610”机构，和中共政法委这个怪胎撤销。
知名经济学家茅于轼向《希望之声》表示，铁流曾连续发行几十期《往事微痕》期刊，揭发57右派遭中共残害的“反右斗争”历史，他还是很有影响力的。铁流被抓，不光是对他的威胁，对整个言论自由也是很大的威胁。
异议作家杜导斌15号在网易微博上说：“铁流被刑拘一事说明，只要写作，说话，不是溜须拍马，而是批评对政（时政），就随时可能被‘寻衅滋事’。”

Tie Liu Detained, Highlighting Party
Leadership Intense Gambling.
81-year-old famous mainland writer, Tie Liu, suspected of
criticizing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Politburo
Standing Committee member Liu Yunshan, was taken by the
police a few days ago for “Causing trouble crimes".
Tie was placed in criminal detention.
The analysts believe that arresting Tie Liu highlighted that
gambling of the CCP leadership is quite intense.
On Sept. 14, Beijing human rights lawyer Liu Xiaoyuan
published on Sina microblog;
“the police took Tie Liu away. The public security authorities
kept him for “causing trouble".
They are holding him in Beijing First Detention Center."
The microblog added, Tie Liu’s wife, Ms. Ren received
the detention notice.
She believes that the trouble is due to Tie Liu’s articles.
This microblog was quickly removed, but was saved by
overseas free microblogging sites.
Tie Liu’s daughter who lives in the US told Sound of Hope
Radio International, that all of her father’s computer sand
other equipment were confiscated.
Xin Ziling, an expert of CCP history said: “To say he causes
trouble, he is an 80-year-old man.
He causes trouble, what trouble?
He simply wrote an article on the Internet, which just
criticized Liu Yunshan, I don’t think this is a big thing.
Let us wait and see the situation."
Xin Ziling told NTD reporter that there was a Tibetan mastiff
in Tie Liu’s family.
Before Tie Liu was taken away, this Tibetan
mastiff was poisoned to death.
Xin Ziling, “the camera was destroyed. I said that maybe
someone wants to do something bad.
First poisoning the Tibetan mastiff and then destroying
the camera, it becomes easy to commit crime.
I suggested he report this to the police. After he did that, the
second night, he was taken to a talk.
Later around 1 am, he was taken away. “
It is understood that Tie Liu wrote an article entitled “Get rid
of the shackles, enlighten the public, must liquidate Liu
Yunshan’s anti-reform crime". The article said Liu Yunshan
has no virtue, incompetent, no ethics and no morals.
Also taking orders from the “two false, two fake" former CCP
leader Jiang Zemin, has done no good for the country.
The article criticized that Liu Yunshan, a Jiang Zemin era
remnant, wanted to safeguard the interests of their own
clique, and tried everything possible to control the media
and publicity positions.
He repeatedly hijacked the incumbent CCP General
Secretary Xi Jinping’s “China Dream" speech.
The article also pointed out that Liu has always supported
Bo’s “famous anti" and is a Zhou Yongkang coup conspirator.
According to the Epochweekly, Liu Yunshan is responsible
for propaganda, not only passively resisting carrying out and
blocking Xi’s policy, but also “kidnapping" Xi Jinping to turn
left and continuing to create disturbances.
The report says that “Southern Weekend Event" from last
January, was minister of the Propaganda Department
Liu Yunshan’s order to delete the New Year Message
“Constitutional Dream" which embarrassed Xi.
After that, Liu Yunshan issued “Briefing on the current
situation in the ideological field" by the Central Propaganda
Department, and also brought up “Seven not to speak"
Do not speak about the universal values; freedom of the
press; civil society; civil rights; the party’s historical mistakes;
powerful bourgeoisie; and judicial independence; etc.
For a time, China’s ideological field is clouded.
Xin Ziling pointed out that Tie Liu was arrested, which is a
highlight that the CCP leadership’s gambling is quite intense.
Xin Ziling, “because of Tie Liu’s clear position that he wants
to help maintain Xi’s new CCP leadership group.
Liu Yunshan as a new member, shouldn’t be
doing the opposite."
Tie Liu was born in 1935 in Sichuan, his real name
Is Huang Zerong.
In 1957, during “anti-rightist" he was designated as “rightists".
In recent years, he constantly criticized the CCP.
In October 2010, he and a group of Chinese journalists sent
a letter to the National People’s Congress to cancel media
control, and to achieve freedom of the press.
Two years ago in July, during the rally of anti-persecution
of Falun Gong practitioners in Hong Kong – 13th anniversary,
he delivered a speech, saying that the CCP should
unconditionally release all Falun Gong practitioners.
He called for the freak organizations “610″ and the Chinese
Communist Party Politics and Law Committee which
persecute the public to be revoked.
Renowned economist Mao Yushi told Sound of Hope
International that Tie Liu continuously released dozens of
“Past micro marks" journals, which revealed 1957 rightists
were destroyed by the CCP’s “anti-rightist struggle" history.
He was very influential. Tie Liu was arrested.
Not only is this a threat to himself, but also a serious
threat to the whole freedom of speech.
Dissident writer Du Daobin said on Sept. 15 on 163 microblog:
“Tie Liu’s incident shows that, as long as you write and speak,
truthfully rather than a sycophant, but criticize politics, you
may at any time be blacked as “causing trouble".
