Xi Jinping Reappears. Wang Lijun’s Case Resurfaces.

The case of Wang Lijun has recently resurfaced.

Official Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime news
said Wang’s case will be heard publically on September 18.
The public has viewed the handling of Wang Lijun’s case
as a weathervane for the regime disposing of Bo Xilai.
Meanwhile, CCP Vice President Xi Jinping,
reappeared in public after two-weeks of being missing.
Analysts say that this indicates top-level CCP infighting
over the handling of Bo Xilai has unusually intensified.

On September 14, Sichuan Chengdu Intermediate
Court confirmed the news about Wang Lijun’s trial.
Wang, former police chief and Vice Mayor
of Chongqing, will go on trial on September 18.
It was speculated that Wang Lijun might
be given a suspended death penalty.

In February this year, Wang Lijun fell out
with Bo Xilai, Chongqing’s former Party chief.
Wang, fearing the threat of being killed by Bo,
fled to the U.S. Consulate to seek asylum.
Following this, Bo was removed from his post.

Bo’s wife, Gu Kailai, was arrested for murder
and sentenced with a suspended death penalty.

Media reported that Wang Lijun provided plenty of
top secrets to the U.S. consulate.
The evidences include Bo Xilai’s involving into
organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practictioners;
Bo plotting a coup with Zhou Yongkang to topple Xi Jinping;

Bo’s implication with his wife in killing Briton Neil Heywood;
and Bo’s corruption and hiding money overseas.

Bo Xilai reportedly endeavored to suppress Falun Gong
to curry favor with Jiang Zemin, former leader of the CCP.
Bo was a dominant force in large-scale organ
harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
Bo set up corpse processing plants in Dalian, profiting
from sale of dead Falun Gong practitioners bodies.
For this reason, the blood-debt faction, led by Jiang Zemin,
handpicked Bo as his political successor.
The blood-debt faction hoped Bo would seize central power,
and so escape their fate of being brought to justice.

Bo Xilai’s downfall heavily impacted Jiang’s faction.

The exposure of Bo’s case uncovered shocking dark
secrets, and directly posed a threat to the CCP’s survival.
The question of how to handle Bo’s case became
the toughest issue for the CCP’s top echelon.
It was rumored that the CCP Vice President
Xi Jinping’s going missing for 14 day’s was connected to the handling of Bo Xilai’s case.

Critic Lan Shu: “It (Xi Jinping’s disappearance)
may have little to do with Wang Lijun’s case.
But it certainly has a connection to Bo Xilais case.
CCP top-level infighting is focused on how to handle Bo Xilai.
How Bo Xilai gets handled equates to setting the tone
for assigning personnel at the 18th Party’s Congress."

Tang Baiqiao, Principal of the Democracy Academy
of China in the U.S., believes that Xi Jinping’s
disappearance had links to the CCP’s infighting,
which was triggered by the Wang Lijun incident.

Tang Baiqiao:" It’s now widely believed that he (Xi Jinping)
wanted to relatively quickly carry out political reform.
This seemed to have been blocked. He then
expressed strong discontentment towards this.
So, he is a little similar to Hu Yaobang
and Zhao Ziyang of those years."

Tang Baiqiao warns Xi Jinping that the wrecked
CCP boat is now impossible to save.
If Xi Jinping intends to carry out a real change,
desertion of the CCP is a must.

CCP official media alleged that Wang Lijun was charged
with crimes of malpractice, defection, and abuse of power.
However, Wang’s real crimes were intentionally covered up.

The Epoch Times reported that during Wang Lijun’s
tenure as police chief of Jinzhou city,
he also led an “On-Site Psychology Research Center”
attached to Jinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.
Wang was thus directly involved in organ harvesting
from living Falun Gong practitioners, and related testing.
Wang once showed off at an award ceremony that
thousands of organs had been harvested in two years.

An armed security guard testified that he had
witnessed the whole process of organ harvesting from a living Falun Gong practitioner.
The witness revealed that Wang had issued an order
that they “must kill every Falun Gong practitioner”.

Lan Shu warns that if the CCP top leaders, including
Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao, do not dare to expose the great sins of Bo and Wang,
Jiang’s blood-debt faction will sacrifice a part
to save the whole.
Hu & Wen will thus have a tough time.

Lan Shu: “(Wang Lijun’s) charges of malpractices
are only a matter of one individual.
But once his crimes related to involvement in live
organ harvesting and the sale of corpses, were revealed,
it indicated a system operating behind the scenes.

As an individual officer couldn’t do all these things alone.
It must had involved with many people.”

Lan Shu stresses that if Hu & Wen handle Bo Xilai’s case
in the way of truly caring about the Chinese nation,
they would seize the initiative at the CCP’s 18th Congress.
