【新唐人2011年8月31日讯】近日，一段“雷人”视频在各大论坛微博上疯传，安徽芜湖“国能电力”第五分公司强迫7名新员工交“份子钱”作奖金，又遭贪污，《安徽卫视》记者前往采访时遭到拒绝，这家公司专职安全员刘来福对记者咆哮：“反对我就是反对党”。刘来福被网民们封为“最牛党官”、“天下第一雷”。
这家公司以搞“安全之星”奖励为名，强迫员工交“份子钱”。架电线和维护设备的员工小张，每月工资不到1400元，为了保住工作，他只好每月被扣掉200元。但到了7月份，这“份子钱”涨到了400元。
小张：“非常恶劣，因为我们平常工资并不是很高，她一个月再扣我们几百块钱，现在物价这么高，让我们怎么生活呢？”
更为恶劣的是，公司每月只评两名“安全之星”，每人奖励100元，全年也就是2400元。而仅7月份，公司就逼小张在内的7名工人，分别上交了300到600不等的“份子钱”，总数为2900元，超过了全年的总数。
《安徽卫视》何记者8月19号前往调查采访，分公司主管孙庆云一见记者到来，就躲进办公室不出来。记者打算去找总公司，当他准备离去时，公司专职安全员刘来福突然冲了出来，要求记者下车接一个电话，但遭记者拒绝。
刘来福向记者怒吼：“你是不是党员？”记者说：“采访跟党员不党员有什么关系。”刘来福说：“我跟你讲，你反对党，你反对我。”记者问：“反对你就是反对党，是吧？”刘来福一口承认：“哎，就是！你对共产党员就这种态度啊？”
这段视频26号一传出，立即成为各大网站和论坛的头条，包括《新华社》在内的各大媒体也纷纷报导。网民们更是议论热烈，有的网友说：“反对你本来就是反对党，说的太对了，你是我党的化身， 你就是7千万党员的优秀代表。”
还有网友说：“这就是当下共产党人的心里真实面。”“他们垄断一切，敢和一切哪怕是一丝意见就显现出凶残本色。这也就是媒体，要是普通百姓，你惹他生气，他能吃了你。”
北京网友断言：“反对我就是反对党”必将成为今年的热门词！杭州网友说：“党内都是这种货色，不是个例。”上海网友说：“霸气外露，帮派气质就是我‘裆’本性。”湖南网友说：“这家伙肯定是唱红歌唱疯掉了！”
孙文广(山东大学退休教授)：“多少年下来的一种官气、霸气，那么才能讲出这种‘雷语’。中国现在社会状态就是一种极权统治，党就是至高的统帅，所以反党过去就是反革命，现在谁要反党就是要判刑、劳教。出现这种状况主要是因为中国这个政权就是党权、一党专政。”
26号，“芜湖国能电力公司”决定，将全部退还所扣员工的钱，对主管孙庆云开除留用一年，对安全员刘来福予以清退﹔并声称刘来福是下岗退休职工返聘用。
网友说：“又是临时工，领导反正不要脸。”“权利与运动”网站执行长张建平指出，对如此马列的孝子贤孙，中共当局只能挥泪斩马谡了。
章天亮(时事评论家、美国乔治梅森大学教授)：“凡是共产党它做的坏事，都是在给《九评》提供一些活的证据。看一看《九评共产党》会对共产党的行为有更深的了解，要解决共产党的问题的话， 通过‘退党’的方式。”
多年来，中共党官的“雷语”层出不穷，从“我爸是李刚”到“我爸是国法”，有些官员干脆说：“我姓党！” “我就是党，党就是我！”“替党说话还是替群众说话。”“我就代表国家、我就代表法律！”，类似“雷语”多的举不胜举。

“Opposing Me Is Opposing CCP"
Recently, a shocking video has spread in China’s
online forums and on microblogs.
The 5th branch of Anhui Wuhu National Energy & Power Co.
forced seven new staff to donate money for bonuses,
and the management pocketed the excess.
An Anhui TV journalist went there for an interview
but was rejected. The company’s full-time security guard,
Liu Laifu, yelled at the journalist: “You opposing me, is
opposing the CCP (Chinese Communist Party)."
Netizens labeled Liu as “the most arrogant CCP official."
In the name of the “Safety Star" award, the company forces
employees to contribute money for the prize.
Mr. Zhang, a lineman and equipment maintenance worker,
with a monthly salary of less than RMB1,400
He has RMB200 deducted from his salary each month.
In July, the money demanded rose to RMB400.
Mr. Zhang:"Very terrible. We usually are not paid well.

On August 19, an Anhui TV journalist
went to the company for an interview.
When seeing the journalist’s arrival, Sun Qingyun, director
of the branch, hid in his office, and didn’t show up.
The journalist then intended to go to the headquarters.
When he was ready to leave, the company’s full-time
security guard, Liu Laifu, rushed out,
and asked the journalist to take an important phone call
inside. The journalist refused.
Liu Laifu yelled at the journalist: “Are you a CCP member?"
Journalist: “The interview has nothing to do with CCP."
Liu Laifu: “Let me tell you, you oppose the CCP,
you oppose me."
Journalist: “Opposing you is opposing the CCP,
Is that what you mean? “
Liu Laifu: “Yes, exactly! And how can you treat
a CCP member with such an attitude?"
On August 26, after the video was posted, it immediately
became headline news on major sites and in forums.
All major medias including Xinhua News Agency
have also reported this issue.
Netizens have been in more enthusiastic discussions.
Some said that,"Opposing you is opposing the CCP,
I couldn’t agree more. You are the embodiment of the CCP.
You are exactly an excellent representative
of the 70 million CCP members."
Other netizens wrote: “This is CCP’s true face."
“They monopolize everything, even in the slightest trace
of a different point of view, they show their brutal character.
If it were ordinary people there, instead of a journalist
making him angry, he would have eaten them alive."

The CCP is the supreme commander.
In the past, opposing CCP was considered

or to re-education through labor.
Why does this situation occur? China’s current regime
is the CCP’s regime, one-party ruling."
On August 26, Anhui Wuhu National Energy & Power Co.
decided to return to staff all the deducted money,
to fire the branch director, Sun Qingyun, who will still retain
his job for one year, and to dismiss the security guard.
The company said that the guard, Liu Laifu, a laid-off
retired worker, was contracted by the company.
A netizen said, “Another temporary worker again.
In any case, a CCP leader is shameless."
Zhang Jianping, the CEO of RightsCampaign.blogspot.com
pointed out that for such Marxist-Leninist progenies,
the CCP authorities can do nothing but kill reluctantly.

“Every evildoing of the CCP provides a piece of evidence
