Chicken Tikka Masala
二人份量 For two people
醃料 For the Marinade:
雞胸兩塊 – 2 pieces of chicken breast
辣椒粉一茶匙 – 1tsp of chilli powder
Garam Masala 咖喱粉一茶匙 – 1tsp of garam masala
鹽半茶匙 – half a tsp of salt
孜然粉半茶匙 – half a tsp of ground cumin
黃薑粉都是半茶匙 – half a tsp of turneric
半個檸檬榨汁 – juice of half a lemon
紅色色素半茶匙 – half a tsp of red food colouring
乳酪兩湯匙 – 2tbsp of plain yogurt
咖喱料 For the Curry:
一個紅洋蔥 – 1 red onion
小蕃茄兩個 – 2 small tomatoes
薑蓉一茶匙 – 1tsp of grated ginger
蒜蓉一茶匙 – 1tsp of minced garlic
芫荽一小撮 – a small bunch of coriander
肉桂一條 – 1 cinnamon stick
豆蔻四粒 – 4 cardamon pods
丁香兩粒 – 2 cloves
肉豆蔻半粒 – half a nutmeg (grated)
辣椒粉一湯匙 – 1tbsp of chilli powder
Garam Masala 一湯匙 – 1tbsp of garam masala
蕃茄膏兩茶匙 – 2tsp of tomato puree
鹽一茶匙 – 1tsp of salt
清水半杯 – half a cup of water
