【新唐人2015年2月13日訊】北京民眾持續簽名聲援法輪功學員
今年的1月份，北京地區首次出現民眾簽名按手印營救法輪功學員事件，目前，這股熱潮持續不斷，第二批簽名人數又達215人，範圍也擴大到北京的多個區縣。
知情人士表示，北京民眾聲援法輪功學員是一個標誌性的事件，雖然在人數上，不像其他地區經常是成千上萬，但是發生在中共控制最嚴的首都，卻有著不同的意義，說明中國大陸全民反迫害的趨勢不可阻擋。
新聞自由度：中國倒數第五
總部設在巴黎的「記者無國界」組織，2月12號，發佈2015年度全球新聞自由度報告，中國在180個國家和地區中排在第176位，位列倒數第五，新聞自由度排名僅高於敘利亞、土庫曼、北朝鮮和厄利垂亞。海峽對岸的台灣排在第51位，在亞洲國家和地區中排名最高。
「記者無國界」美國辦事處負責人戴爾芬•哈爾根（Delphine Halgand）表示，中國排名倒數的原因是，中國是關押記者最多的國家，並且採取多種手段限制信息流通。
緬軍攻華人區 10萬難民湧雲南
與中國雲南相鄰的緬甸北部2月9號爆發戰事，緬甸政府軍攻打以華人為主的果敢特區，燒殺虜掠。十幾萬難民逃入中國雲南省。北京當局只安置難民，但是卻拒絕出面制止緬軍的殺虜行為。
2月10號，85歲的果敢華人武裝總司令彭家聲發出公開信，「泣血告全球華人」，指責中共拋棄果敢，令二千多平方公里華夏土地和臣民，蒙受異族欺凌，呼籲全球華人以同根同族為念，出手相助。
鞏進軍案審結 酷刑逼出假口供
河南鶴壁的訪民鞏進軍被控刺死截訪保安一案，2月12號第二天庭審審結，法官將擇日宣判。
鞏進軍在最後的陳述中，說他是受到電刑丶夾手腳等酷刑折磨，為了保命，才在警方準備好的假口供上簽字認罪的。在前一天的庭審中，鞏進軍已經翻供，否認殺人。

People of Beijing Continue to Support Falun Gong
The people of Beijing petitioned to rescue Falun Gong
practitioners with signatures and thumbprints for the first time
in January.
And the trend continues; the second batch of signatures has
now reached 215 and includes people from more districts
and towns in Beijing.
Some are calling it a landmark event for Beijing’s people,
because although the number of supporters are smaller than
other areas in China where they number in the thousands,
it’s a different meaning to have support in the capital Beijing,
where things are the most strictly controlled.
It means an unstoppable support against the persecution of
Falun Gong from people across the whole mainland.
Press Freedom: China Scores Bottom Fifth
Reporters Without Borders’ (RWB) Paris headquarters released their
2015 annual report on global press freedom on Feb. 12.
China ranked the bottom fifth, 176th out of 180 countries,
just above Syria, Turkmenistan, North Korea and Eritrea.
On the other side of the Strait, Taiwan ranked 51,
the highest ranking among Asian countries.
RWB US director, Delphine Halgand says China ranked low
because it has detained the highest number of reporters
compared to other countries and has taken a variety of means
to limit the flow of information.
Hundreds of Thousands Flee to China From Myanmar Attack
Myanmar’s government army attacked predominantly
Chinese in the Kokang area neighboring China’s Yunnan
on Feb. 9, burning and looting.
Hundreds of thousands of refugees fled to Yunnan,
but Beijing refused to stop the army’s killing
and only resettled the refugees.
On Feb. 10, the chair of the Chinese forces commander,
85-year-old Peng Jiasheng issued an open letter written with
tears and blood to Chinese people around the world,
criticizing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for
abandoning more than 2,000 square-kilometers of land
with its people, and allowing Chinese to suffer.
Gong Jinjun Denies Murder: Tortured for False Confession
The case of Gong Jinjun, a petitioner from Hebi City, Henan,
tried for allegedly stabbing a security officer
concluded on the second day of trial on Feb. 12;
the judge will pass sentence on another day.
Gong Jinjun said in his final statement that he was tortured
and suffered electrocution, clamping of hands and feet, etc.
He said he had signed a false confession prepared by police
in order to save his life, and denied murder.
