【新唐人2015年01月27日訊】中共前黨魁江澤民軍中秘書、解放軍總政治部副主任賈廷安上將，日前被港媒爆出已經被中紀委帶走調查，激起軒然大波。雖然這一消息還沒有得到中共官方確認，但輿論認為，無論傳言是否屬實，繼江澤民之子江綿恆提前「被引退」的消息後，又傳出了親信賈廷安被抓的消息，這些對江澤民來說，都是不小的打擊。
據香港《信報》1月24號報導稱，來自北京的消息指出，近來捲入負面消息的中共軍隊總政治部副主任賈廷安上將，23號被中紀委人員帶走調查。報導還說，賈廷安就在被帶走的前一天，還參加了中共前軍委副主席張萬年的追悼會。不過截止到24號晚，中紀委網站還沒有通報有關消息。
長期跟在江澤民身邊的「大秘」兼心腹賈廷安，在當下如此敏感的時期傳出被抓的消息，迅速吸引了輿論關注，各家媒體都在猜測，賈廷安是否被列入了中共現任黨魁習近平的「打虎名冊」。
時事評論員李善鑒：「應該說這個事情很大程度上是一個事實，也就是說賈廷安即使不是已經被處理、被調查，也是馬上要進入調查了。特別是他所在那個位置，因為他是江的心腹。過去的各種各樣的事情發展，其實一直是在處理江的一些爪牙啊、體系啊。那他在那個位置，如果習近平要處理江的問題，一定要動他，所以這是個時間問題。」
此前，原總後勤部基建營房部部長張金昌，曾在北京政論雜誌《炎黃春秋》刊登長文——《我認識的貪官王守業》，首度披露了十年前因貪腐被判無期徒刑的中共原海軍副司令員王守業一案的內幕，詳細講述了王守業是如何在貪腐至極、壞事做盡、醜聞和舉報不斷的情況下，還能一路「帶病提升」，暗示了讓王守業「大權在握」的後臺，就是他的河南老鄉——原江澤民辦公室主任賈廷安。
文章明確指出，某退休總後領導透露，王守業能當上營房部部長，就是中央軍委領導的「那位」秘書，代表「某辦」打電話給總政和總後，指名要求提拔的。這無疑等於直接告訴讀者，文中「那位」秘書指的就是賈廷安、「某辦」就是指「江辦」。
時事評論員邢天行：「因為賈廷安長期以來的所作所為，不是說他一個單單的秘書是背著江澤民來的，他實際上是直接授意於江澤民。包括他裡通外聯，從軍隊系統到地方上插手一些事務，都是他替江澤民在做事情。當然賈廷安他所涉及犯罪的內幕就不是一件、兩件了。」
外界認為，張金昌這篇文章能夠突破中宣部的層層封鎖發表出來，本身就說明江澤民的影響已經大不如前。加上隨後港媒又傳出了賈廷安被抓的消息，更加令人懷疑，江澤民怕是保不住自己的「心腹愛將」了。
李善鑒：「因為賈廷安知道的事情，特別知道江澤民的事情會很多，很多事情應該都是通過他來做的、來處理的。出於江的意願，只要他有能力，他不可能讓賈廷安威脅到他自己本身，把他自己的那些事情揭出來。那他做不到這一點，那就已經應該是窮途末路了。」
有媒體評論稱，習近平陣營的反腐早已成「開弓沒有回頭箭」之勢，不管「老虎」多大，後臺多硬，照打不誤。現在火已經燒到賈廷安身上，江澤民也罩不住他。但也有分析指出，打賈廷安，本來就是奔江澤民來的。

HK Media: Jiang Zemin’s Top Secretary Jia Tingan
Under Investigation.
General Jia Tingan, long-term secretary of former Chinese
Communist Party (CCP) leader Jiang Zemin and deputy
director of the PLA’s General Political Department, was under
investigation said Hong Kong media.
The news soon caused uproar in China, although it has not
been officially confirmed.
Media analysis said, whether true or not, rumor of arrest
of Jia Tingan is a huge blow to Jiang Zemin, following
Jiang Mianheng’s retirement from office for “age reasons".
On Jan.24, Hong Kong Economic Journal quoted sources
from Beijing, which said Jia Tingan, was being investigated
by the Central Commission of Discipline Inspection (CCDI)
on Jan. 23.
The report said Jia attended the condolence ceremony of
the deceased former Vice Chairman of Central Military
Commssion, Zhang Wannian, the previous day. The CCDI
website has not yet confirmed the news.
As a long-term trusted “butler" working with Jiang Zemin,
investigating Jia Tingan comes at a very sensitive moment.
This quickly drew media attention and speculation.
Analyses is being made about whether Jia has been listed
in Xi Jinping’s “tiger hunt" campaign.
Li Shanjian, political commentator, “I would say the news
is largely true, in the sense that even if Jia has not been
investigated, this will take place very soon. After all he
used to be Jiang Zemin’s trusted subordinate.
We have kept seeing disposal of Jiang’s followers
in recent years.
Therefore if Xi Jinping makes the decision to eliminate
Jiang’s whole faction, he will unavoidably touch Jia Tingan.
This is just a matter of time."
Recently, former minister of the General Logistics
Department barracks Zhang Jinchang, published a
long article in Yanhuang Chunqiu magazine titled
“The Corrupt Official Wang Shouye Whom I Knew".
The article revealed the shady secrets behind the case of
Wang Shouye, former PLA deputy naval commander.
The article listed how Wang was promoted despite his
extremely corrupt, heinous acts, and all scandals and
accusations around him.
The article said Wang’s backstage boss was Jia Tingan,
Wang’s Henan fellow and former director of Jiang’s Office.
The article directly quoted a retired high-rank PLA
General Logistics officer.
He said Wang became barracks minister simply because
“that secretary" from “X’s office" called General Logistics
Department and General Political Department to name
Wang Shouye as the one to be promoted.
This is to directly tell readers that “that secretary"
refers to Jia Tingan and “X’s Office" is “Jiang’s Office".
Xing Tianxing, political commentator, “All that Jia Tingan
has done, cannot be on his own.
As a secretary, he directly followed orders from Jiang Zemin.
His internal and outreach activities, both involving the army
and local governments, were all to serve Jiang.
In such a situation, Jia must have been involved in a large
number of criminal facts, rather than a few of them."
Analysts said, Zhang Jinchang’s article could be released to
the public without being blocked by propaganda offices;
The fact itself indicated that Jiang Zemin’s had lost most
of his power and influence.
Following this, Hong Kong media reported the investigation
of Jia Tingan.
All these suggest Jiang is not even able to
protect his most trusted subordinate now.
Li Shanjian, “Jia Tingan must know a lot about Jiang Zemin’s
secrets as many of Jiang’s orders were passed on through him.
Jiang should never allow anything like this to happen if he
can, to prevent Jia from uncovering all his secrets.
But Jiang failed to stop this, suggesting that there is little
he can do right now."
There are media articles saying there had been no option of
turning back for Xi Jinping’s anti-corruption campaign.
The campaign will continue, no matter how big “the tiger"
is and how powerful its boss is.
Jia Tingan now becomes Xi’s next target and
even Jiang Zemin cannot save him.
Others say, in the first place Jiang Zemin is Xi’s final
target, and arresting Jia Tingan is only one step to do this.
