江蘇上千民辦代課教師維權被帶走
據大陸《民生觀察》網站報導，18號上午，江蘇省多個縣市的上千名被辭退民辦教師、代課教師，前往在江蘇省政府前維權請願。
當局派出上百名警察和多輛汽車到場，強行逼迫示威教師上車，有不上車的，警察就多人將他抬上車，現場老弱病殘的老師們哭倒一片。臨近中午，許多老師被趕到了省信訪局。
上海三位古稀老人被非法判刑
據美國《明慧網》18號報導，10月21號上午九點半左右，上海徐匯區法院非法庭審三位70多歲的法輪功學員。出庭時，三位老人有的扶著牆，有的斜倚被告席支撐身體。74歲的谷守先被非法判刑3年半，73歲的陳香女和77歲的龔乃芳被非法判刑三年。
據報導，這三位老人是因為一起在谷守先家，用DVD看美國「神韻藝術團」表演的文藝節目，而被非法抓捕的，目前，三位老人都已經上訴，案子面臨二審。
深圳工廠工人罷工遭鎮壓
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，廣東深圳市觀瀾街道慶盛服裝皮具廠的上千工人，從9號開始集體罷工，抗議資方多年沒有購買住房公積金、沒有足額支付加班費和繳納社保。
18號上午，罷工的第十天，當局出動數百名全副武裝的警察和身穿迷彩服、頭戴草綠色鋼盔、手持鐵棍盾牌的武警，包圍工廠大門。警方用高音喇叭警告工人離開，之後，進入工廠暴力驅趕工人，有人被打暈，更有人被打斷手臂，十多人被抓捕。
張科科向遼寧檢察院控告
據大陸《民生觀察》網站報導，17號上午，湖北律師張科科在馮延強律師的陪同下，到遼源市西安區法院，要求面見院長，要求複製當日庭審錄像、庭審筆錄，和要求確認當日庭審無效，重新開庭等。之後，再到遼源西安區檢察院，控告遼源相關責任人濫用職權、非法拘禁律師。
12月11號，張科科在吉林省遼源市西安區法院出庭為一名法輪功學員辯護時，在法庭上說了一句「《憲法》明確保障公民言論自由和信仰自由」，就被旁聽庭審的警察帶走，並拘禁了5個小時。

Jiangsu Govt Suppresses Thousands of Substitute Teachers
According to a report by Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch,
thousands of dismissed substitute teachers protested
in front of Jiangsu government building.
Authorities dispatched hundreds of police to force
the protesters into the police vehicles.
Those who refused were carried by the police.
Many of the elderly and sick teachers were crying miserably
at the scene.
Many of them were driven to the provincial complaints bureau
by noon.
Shanghai Illegally Sentences Three Falun Gong Practitioners
According to a Minghui.org report on the 18th,
Shanghai Xuhui District Court illegally conducted a trial
on three elderly Falun Gong practitioners on Oct. 21.
During the trial, the three elderly were very weak.
They were either leaning on the wall
or relying on the defendant’s chair for support.
The 74-year-old Gu Shouxian was illegally sentenced
to three and a half years in prison.
73-year-old Chen Xiangnu and 77-year-old
Gong Naifang were both illegally sentenced
to three years of imprisonment.
According to reports, the three elderly were illegally arrested
from Gu’s home.
They were watching a DVD of Shen Yun Performing Arts’
theatrical performances at the time.
The three elderly have appealed and await a second trial.
Shenzhen Factory Workers’ Strike Meets Crackdown
According to Chinese Jasmine Revolution website report,
thousands of a clothing manufacturer’s workers in Shenzhen City
started a strike on the 9th.
They protested against the employer for failure to pay
for the housing fund, overtime, and the social security.
On the tenth day of the strike, hundreds of armed police
showed up in camouflage uniforms, grass green helmets
and iron shields.
They surrounded the factory gate
and warned the workers to leave, with loudspeakers.
Subsequently, they went through the gate
and conducted violent dispersion.
Some were hit to unconsciousness, some had arms broken,
and a dozen of them were arrested.
Lawyer Files Lawsuit at Liaoning Procuratorate
Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch reported that Hubei lawyer
Zhang Keke has demanded, from the local district court
president, a copy of a trial recording and video,
a null and void of the trial, and re-hearing of the case.
In the company of lawyer, Feng Yanqiang, they also went
to the district prosecutor’s office and filed a lawsuit against
the court personnels’ abuse of power
and illegal detention of the lawyer.
On Dec. 11, Zhang was defending a Falun Gong practitioner
in Xi’an District Court.
He was immediately removed by court police
and detained for five hours because of his statement,
“Constitution protects citizen’s freedom of speech and belief."
