中共主持的「世界互聯網大會」11月20號進入第二天，據「英國廣播公司」《BBC》中文網報導，以色列專家謝•希勒，當天在會上發表題為《從大數據當中發現情報》的演講，分析了香港「佔中」運動的情報。
謝•希勒說，可以利用電腦軟體系統，分析互聯網和社交網站用戶的資料、相互關係、地理位置等，查出活動的「重要成員的主要信息、參加活動的地點和參加活動的具體情況」。
報導說，在中共轉播的會議實況中，謝•希勒演講中有關「佔中」的內容，都被刻意的迴避，現場文字實錄中，也沒有出現與「佔中」相關的關鍵詞。
港生擬測試黑名單 深圳特警戒備
在香港，大專學生團體則正在計劃下個星期派人到大陸闖關，測試外界盛傳的「黑名單」是否存在。據香港《星島日報》報導，中共當局已經派出上百名防暴警察到深圳羅湖口岸戒備。
報導說，有三百名「佔中」行動的支持者，正在計劃分批經不同內地關口，試圖入境，行動已經驚動了北京當局，因此派重兵駐防羅湖口岸。
自從香港學聯的三名代表赴京行程被阻後，外界盛傳北京當局可能掌握了五百香港人的「黑名單」。
溫尼伯聖誕花車遊行 法輪功受歡迎
加拿大溫尼伯市一年一度的聖誕花車遊行，11月15號舉行，這是當地最盛大的遊行活動，已經有105年的歷史。當地法輪功學員第四次參加了遊行。
據美國《明慧網》報導，法輪功花車四周彩燈環繞，上面還有藍色的雲海和綻放的蓮花，並向人們展示了法輪功最主要的著作──《轉法輪》，及「真、善、忍」理念。
報導說，當法輪功學員的花車經過時，沿途觀眾有的鼓掌，有的揮手致意，還有一些西人觀眾對法輪功學員雙手合十、甚至虔誠的合十彎腰敬禮。

Blatant Censorship by the CCP’s at “World Internet Conference"
November 20 is the second day of the
“World Internet Conference."
It is hosted by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
According to BBC Chinese website,
Israeli internet security expert Xie Hiller,(English name unknown)
gave a presentation on November 20 at the conference
titled:
“Discover Intelligence from Large Amount of Data."
He analyzed the data on HK’s “Occupy Central" movement.
Xie Hiller,(English name unknown) said that one can use
computer software systems to analyze the Internet and
social networking site users:
their relationships, geographic location, and to find “primary
information of key activities’ participants, places and detailed
information".
The report says that the mentioning of “Occupy Central"
in Xie Hiller’s speech was deliberately censored
in the CCP’s broadcasting of the conference.
The records of the meeting also did not show
relevant keywords about “Occupy Central".
HK Students Plan to Test Black List,
Shenzhen Special Police On Guard
College student groups in HK are planning to
send people to China’s checkpoints to test if there is
the infamous “blacklist" as indicated by the outside world.
According to HK’s Sing Tao Daily, CCP authorities have sent
hundreds of riot police to Shenzhen Luohu Port to be on guard.
The report says three hundred supporters of the “Occupy Central"
movement plan to enter China through different checkpoints
at different times.
This action has alerted the authorities in Beijing.
A large number of forces have been stationed at Luhu Port.
Since the three students representative were blocked from
entering China, the outside world speculates that Beijing might
have a black list of 500 people.
Falun Gong Welcomed at the Winnipeg Christmas Parade
The Annual Christmas Parade was held in Winnipeg, Canada
on November 15. This is the most grand scale parade in the area,
with a history of 105 years.
Local Falun Gong practitioners participated in the
parade for the Fourth time.
According to the US Minghui.org, the Falun Gong float had
lanterns on each side.
On the float were clouds and lotus flowers.
The float also presented the most important works of
Falun Gong, the book of Zhuan Falun and
the principals of “Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance".
The report says that spectators applauded when the Falun Gong
float passed by.
People waved and some Western audience conjoined
their hands and even bowed to Falun Gong practitioners.
