【新唐人2014年09月13日訊】近日，習近平在北師大參加中國大陸「教師節」活動時，表示古典詩詞被課本刪除，是一件很「悲哀」的事。但第二天，上海市委機關報在官方微博發文，卻宣稱，增加學習傳統文化是「揠苗助長」，措辭挑釁意味濃厚。評論認為，習近平是在藉說破壞傳統文化，打歷史牌，準備公布前黨魁江澤民賣國的歷史，而上海的表態，剛好反過來起到了加溫作用。
8月底，大陸媒體披露，前黨魁江澤民發跡之地的上海，把小學古詩從一年級課本上全部刪除，引發很多家長的不滿，和民眾的反對。 9月2號，《人民網》發表題為「上海小學課本刪除古詩：減負還是減傳統文化」的文章，問責上海。
9月9號，習近平到訪北京師範大學時表示，他很不贊成把古代經典詩詞和散文從課本中去掉，「去中國化」是很悲哀的，等等。
第二天，北京迅速響應習近平，宣佈從明年9月起，北京市小學一年級《語文》的古典詩詞，將由現在的6到8篇，增加到22篇。
同一天，《人民日報》發表署名「黨報評論君」的評論文章，文章的第一個小標題直指《習近平批評的是誰？ 》，來含射上海。這篇評論文章最後稱「作為首都，北京明年將會有上述變化，那麼其他地方會不會競相效仿呢，讓我們拭目以待。」
外界認為，這篇文章是習近平在逼上海表態。
當天晚上，中共上海市委機關報《解放日報》發官方微博，發出「一夜間增『詩』十幾，於傳統又有何益？」，和「真正懂一點『傳統』的人，不會不知道『揠苗助長』意味著甚麼？」等挑釁意味很濃語句。
大陸時政評論員陳明慧：「習這個講話，攤出了底牌，也算是王牌——歷史牌，去中國化，誰對中國文化摧殘最厲害？這是一個問題。誰的父親是漢奸？是賣國賊？鐵證如山。還有江跟哪些國家做過間諜，做過特務，簽訂過很多喪權辱國的不平等條約。」
據《真實的江澤民》一書披露，江澤民的父親江世俊是漢奸，而江澤民先後出賣了超過170萬平方公里的中國國土給俄國。
大陸時政評論員陳明慧認為，習近平上臺後，為了清除江澤民盤踞中國25年，通過貪腐治國培養出來的惡勢力，陸續推出「上海經濟自貿區」，奪回經濟實力，打出「憲政」，「反腐」牌，其中「反腐」的政治牌已經收到了的效果，現在正在準備打出王牌。
前年12月初，習近平首次提出：「依法治國首先是依憲治國，依法執政關鍵是依憲執政」以來，憲政夢一直在中共官媒上忽隱忽現，去年黨媒還曾經出現「七不講」、反「憲政」的高潮，
陳明慧：「打憲政牌就是，江執政那麼多年，包括下臺之後，還繼續把持國家的朝政。他的犯罪集團迫害人權，對信仰團體，對民主人士，異議人士，還有對訪民從上到下，有系統的，大規模的迫害。這是一個非常嚴重的反人類罪行。」
不過，陳明慧認為，因為「憲政牌」的殺傷力比較大，習近平擔心可能會動搖了中共的根基，因而「憲政夢」總是搖擺不定，而「歷史牌」對習近平來說可能覺得比較穩妥，因而習近平試圖打出「歷史牌」試水溫。
陳明慧：「前後落馬的幾個大老虎，他們實際上都是一夥，一窩的，但是我們看到官媒對他們的報導，他們之間縱向的，橫向的聯繫，我們現在還沒看到。因為現在時候還沒到。如果把它們橫向的聯繫，這層窗戶紙點破的話，可能曾——曾慶紅，後面的終極大老虎——江，都要交出來。」
外界認為，目前像徵習近平陣營的「京都」——北京，和江澤民陣營的「魔都」——上海，鬥打形勢十分詭異。不過，這次《解放日報》公然與習近平「叫板」，無論是否出於授意，都說明「京都」與「魔都」的博弈正在走向公開化。

Shanghai Openly Challenges Xi Jinping’s Comments on Traditional Chinese Culture
Xi Jinping recently attended a Teacher’s Day event at
Beijing Normal University.
Xi said it is a “sad thing" to see classical Chinese poems
deleted from the textbook.
On the next day, the official newspaper of the Shanghai party
committee claimed on weibo that “studying traditional
Chinese culture is like helping shoots grow by pulling them up,"
which sounds to be in defiance of Xi’s words.
Commentators said, Xi’s comment on history and tradition
can be a signal announcing the fact of Jiang Zemin’s treason.
On the other hand, the attitude of the Shanghai government
will only make Jiang’s situation even worse.
In late August, Chinese media reported that Shanghai would
delete all classical Chinese poems from the textbook
of first-year elementary school students.
Many parents and residents complained
about the decision or opposed it.
On Sep. 2, People’s Daily website published an article
titled “Deletion of Classical Poems: Reduction of Burden
or Tradition" to criticize Shanghai’s move.
On Sep. 9, Xi visited Beijing Normal University.
Xi said, he disapproved very much of removing classical poems
and essays from the textbook.
Xi also commented “desinicization is a sad thing."
Beijing made a quick response to Xi’s comments.
On the next day, the Beijing government announced that
the city’s first-year textbook will have 22 classical poems
from next September.
The number is increased from 6 to 8 poems
in the current textbook.
On the same day, People’s Daily also published an article
authored by “Party Organ Commentator".
The first section had used the title “Who was criticized
by Xi Jinping" to direct against Shanghai.
At the end, the article said “As Beijing will make those
changes from next year, let’s see whether other places
will actively follow the example of our capital."
Commentators believe that Xi Jinping is pressing Shanghai
for their response with the article.
The same evening, Jiefang Daily, Shanghai’s official daily
newspaper, said on weibo that “add a dozen poems into the
textbook overnight, but how can that benefit our tradition?"
and “Anyone with some knowledge of traditional culture
must know the meaning of “Help shoots grow by
pulling them up"."
These again were comments full of defiance.
Chen Minghui:"Xi’s speech is to show his hand
to Jiang Zemin. This is also his trump card.
That is, the history and desinicization issue.
Who destroyed traditional Chinese culture most?
Whose father was a traitor?
There is irrefutable evidence to answer these questions.
Other key facts include Jiang’s spying for other countries
and signing treasonable treaties."
According to “Truth about Jiang Zemin", Jiang’s father
Jiang Shijun was a traitor working for the Japanese during
World War II.
Jiang himself signed away over 1.7 million km2 of
Chinese land to Russia.
Chinese political commentator Chen Minghui said, that after
taking power, Xi Jinping did a lot to eliminate Jiang Zemin’s
evil faction that ruled China for 25 years with corruption.
He launched the Shanghai Free-Trade Zone in economic field,
and used “Constitutionalism" and “Anti-corruption" as
political weapons.
His anti-corruption campaign has worked well and
now Xi will play his trump card.
In December 2012, Xi for the first time presented
the idea saying “Rule of the law is based on rule in accord
with constitution."
Since then, Xi’s “dream of constitutionalism" had flickered
in media reports.
Last year, party mouthpieces even massively made criticisms
against constitutionalism for a period.
Chen Minghui:"Xi’s constitutionalism theory is against
Jiang’s keeping China under control even many years
after retirement.
Jiang’s criminal group has seriously persecuted human rights
and religious groups, democrats, dissidents and petitioners.
They did that in a systematic and massive manner.
Those are extremely serious crimes against humanity."
Chen also commented that Xi may worry that his “dream of
constitutionalism” can shake up the whole regime and
therefore has been wavering in using that “weapon".
Probably the history issue is a less risky “card" for Xi
and he is testing to use it.
Chen Minghui:"The big tigers that fell recently are indeed
from one single group.
However, we have not seen any official report about
the complex connections between them.
It’s still not the time yet.
If those connections are announced to the public,
probably Zeng Qinghong and the final boss Jiang Zemin
will have to be exposed to the public, too."
Commentators said, Beijing as “Capital" of Xi’s group has
been in an odd fight against Shanghai,
the base camp of Jiang Zemin.
However, Jiefang Daily’s open resistance against Xi,
no matter it is an intentional move or not, is exposing
the war between Xi and Jiang to the world.
