【新唐人2014年08月14日訊】前中共中央軍委副主席郭伯雄，已步入另一名已落馬的前中央軍委副主席徐才厚的後塵，正在接受調查。有評論指出，郭伯雄、徐才厚都是前中共黨魁江澤民的軍中愛將，他們被抓必定會牽出江澤民，因此江在軍中的勢力也必定會遭到徹底清除。
8月12號晚，香港「中國人權民運信息中心」表示，當局懷疑72歲的郭伯雄涉及收受賄賂，及協助他人晉升職銜等，正在接受調查。報導說，中共軍隊是「雙首長」 制度，晉升職位要經過兩名軍委副主席的同意，所以賄賂者，一定會將禮物同時送給兩個人，所以郭伯雄也會同徐才厚一樣受到調查。
6月30號，徐才厚被開除黨籍，案件移送檢察機關處理。徐被指涉嫌利用職權為他人晉升謀利，收受賄賂，情節嚴重。
徐才厚落馬前，軍中已盛傳，想要接近徐才厚，敲門費至少一百萬元；而徐的秘書在徐被調查後，上繳軍委的銀行卡金額高達8億多人民幣。
旅美原大陸歷史學教授劉因全指出，中共軍隊高層以權換錢，以錢換官，早已是公開的秘密。
旅美原大陸歷史學教授劉因全：「我們知道郭伯雄在軍隊中的排名還在徐才厚的前面，要晉升的官員一定要把兩個人都買通才行，所以徐才厚被抓一定會牽扯到郭伯雄。」
徐才厚，是中共前黨魁江澤民一手提拔的軍中代言人，被稱為江的「軍中最愛」，媒體曾報導，徐才厚不僅涉「周、薄政變」，而且還深涉中共軍隊「活摘器官」的罪行。
而郭伯雄，是江澤民的另一軍中代言人，起家於西北軍的47軍。
據報導，90年代初，江澤民到訪47軍，午休時，時任軍長的郭伯雄親自為江站崗，因此攀上了江澤民，之後郭相繼出任北京軍區副司令員、及蘭州軍區司令員，2002年躋身中共軍委副主席。
美國中文雜誌《中國事務》總編輯伍凡說，郭伯雄雖然已經下臺了，但現在中央軍委裡面的一批人，基本還是他和徐才厚的部下。
美國中文雜誌《中國事務》總編輯伍凡：「習近平真正中央軍委裡面沒有幾個人，因為他到北京才幾年，兩、三年，他對軍隊接觸的時間也很短，所以他怎能建立自己的人脈呢？所以他對這些人要想用但是也不信任，因為不是他的人，所以在這種狀況下，他又看到軍隊有那麼多腐敗，那他就要找最大的腐敗開刀。」
8月6號，北美《世界新聞網》引述報導說，中共軍隊內盛傳郭伯雄正在策劃政變。軍委內部消息說，徐才厚落馬後，涉貪的郭伯雄等人非常緊張。最近習近平強令要求離退休軍隊官員清退違規房產，導致更多離退休的軍中元老私下抗議，他們也在紛紛聯絡力量，試圖對抗清退。
伍凡表示，雖然現在原中共軍隊總後勤部副部長谷俊山和徐才厚都已落馬，但軍隊裡還有不少人不聽習近平的話。
伍凡：「不聽話有個例子，現在中央軍委下令，對內已經退休的和還沒退休的將領，佔用的房子、佔用的汽車，超過規定的要退回來，這些人不願意，不服，這是一個。還有一個網上有說，有的軍區，包括廣州軍區、北京軍區不完全聽習近平的，而是聽郭伯雄以及他的那些嘍嘍，那些部下。」
劉因全：「我們知道部隊它是一個掌握武器的、有組織的一個團體，如果部隊的這些腐敗份子不清除的話，他們有可能要發動政變，要把習近平搞掉。在這樣的情況下，習近平如果為了自己的安全也要先下手為強，把部隊的腐敗份子要徹底清理，這樣自己的政權才能穩固，起碼自己的身家性命，自己和自己家屬的身家性命才能夠有安全保障。」
劉因全分析，通過對郭伯雄、徐才厚這兩人的審判，江澤民及江在軍中的勢力，必然也會被牽出並且被清除。

commentators point out that Guo Boxiong and Xu Caihou
are former CCP leader Jiang Zemin’s favorites in the military.
Their arrest certainly involved Jiang Zemin and Jiang’s force
in the military will for sure be completely removed.
On the evening of August 12, HK’s
“Information Center for Human Rights and Democracy"
reported that:
72-year-old Guo Boxiong is under investigation
for involvement in bribes and selling promotions.
The report talks about the CCP military’s “dual leadership" system,
under which promotions must get consents from two CMC vice chairmen.
Therefore bribes were certainly given to two CMC vice chairmen.
so Guo Boxiong is subject to the same investigation as Xu Caihou.
On the evening of June 30 Xu Caihou was expelled from
the party and his case was transferred to prosecutors.
Xu Caihous is allegedly accused of taking bribes
to assist with promotions using his authority.
The situation is serious.
Before Xu Caihous was dismissed, it was well rumored
in the military that it took at least one million yuan
to get an appointment with Xu Caihou.
When Xu’s secretary was investigated,
the bank card he turned over to the CMC had over
800 million yuan.
Chinese history professor Liu Yinquan who lives in the U.S
pointed out that:
it has long been an open secret that high-level CCP military
officials exchange power for money and money for titles.
Liu Yinquang: “We know that Guo Boxiong’s ranking is
ahead of Xu Caihou.
Officers seeking promotion must have bribed both of them.
So the arrest of Xu Caihou must involve Guo Boxiong."
Xu Caihou was directly promoted by former CCP leader
Jiang Zemin and was referred to as Jiang Zemin’s “favorite
in the military."
Media reported that Xu Caihou was not only involved in
the coup of Zhou Yongkang and Bo Xilai,
but also deeply involved in live organ harvesting
perpetrated by the CCP military.
Guo Boxiong is another military spokesperson of Jiang Zemin.
Guo started from the 47 Army, the Northwest Army.
Accordingly, in the early 1990s when Jiang Zemin
visited the 47 Army, the then commander Guo Boxiong
was on guard for Jiang personally to get Jiang’s attention
.
Later Guo Boxiong served successively as the
deputy commander of the Beijing Military Region
and the commander of the Lanzhou Military Region.
In 2002 Guo Boxiong joined CMC as a Vice Chairman.
U.S. Chinese magazine China affairs editor-in-chief Wu Fan
said that:
although Guo Boxiong has already stepped down,
the group of people inside the CMC are basically his
and Xu Caihou’s team.
Wu Fan: “Xi Jingping does not have many people in the CMC,
because he just went to Beijing for two to three years.
His interaction with the military is too short,
so how can he build his own network?
Even if he wants to use these people, he does not trust them.
With so much corruption in the military, he found the biggest
corrupt officials."
On August 6 U.S. world.journal.com quoted reports that
Chinese military has wide spread rumors that
Guo Boxiong is planning a coup.
Sources inside CMC claim that after Xu Caihou was dismissed,
Guo Boxiong was very nervous.
Xi Jinping recently ordered retired army officers to
return properties that violate the rules.
Many retired military veterans protested this order in private
and tried to contact each other to fight back.
Wu Fan said that although both Xu Caihou and former
CCP Military General Logistics Department deputy minister
Gu Junshan have been dismissed,
there are a lot of people in the military who do not
listen to Xi Jinping.
Wu Fan: “For example, CMC ordered generals, retired and not
retired, to return houses and cars they occupy that exceed
their limit.
These people do not listen.
Another example is that, news from the internet indicated that
some military regions, including the Guangzhou Military Region
and Beijing Military Region, completely ignore Xi Jinping.
They follow orders from Guo Boxiong and his team."
Liu Yinquan: “We know that military is an organization
with weapons.
If corrupt officials in this organization were not cleared,
they are likely to stage a coup to get rid of Xi Jinping.
Xi Jinping must start first to ensure his own safety and
completely clean up corrupt elements, so as to
secure his political power and the lives of him and his family."
Liu Yinquan indicated that through the trial of
Guo Boxiong and Xu Caihou, Jiang Zemin’s force in the military
will also be cleared.
