【新唐人2014年07月26日訊】河南被控殺警訪民 遭暴打失明
被河南警方指控刺死一名警察的訪民許有臣、張小玉夫婦，7月25號，終於見到了律師。
據律師李金星在大陸社交網站「新浪微博」透露，許有臣、張小玉夫婦遭到警方殘暴毆打，許有臣傷痕纍纍，張小玉已經失明。
當晚，代理案件的幾位律師已經連夜趕往鄭州，準備到中共河南檢察院、河南公安廳去控告。
7月17號，河南焦作市訪民張小玉與丈夫許有臣到京上訪，被當地維穩人員帶回原籍時，被控刺死當地公安分局的一名警察。但目前除了當地警方做出的張小玉夫婦殺死警察的結論外，案件細節外界無從知曉。大陸律師和網友對案件紛紛質疑。
北京市民因一條微博被刑拘
北京市民劉躍，因為在大陸社交網站「騰訊微博」上發佈了一條博文，7月25號遭到警方刑事拘留。
據大陸《維權網》報導，劉躍23號在騰訊微博上發佈了一條消息，說「因在北京市房山區史家營鄉煤礦挖煤，而患上了嚴重矽肺病的數十位工友們，他們拖著病體，自己帶著氧氣袋，一步一喘的，從河北的灤平，隆化，圍場等地紛紛趕來，也參加到了鄭州第三看守所門前的聲援『十君子』的活動。」
24號，劉躍因此被北京房山區周口店派出所警察帶走傳喚，25號被以「尋釁滋事」罪名刑事拘留。派出所警察告訴劉躍的太太，劉躍的罪名是上面定的。
浙江強拆十字架 再抓數十人
浙江強拆基督教教堂十字架的行動，已經自溫州市蔓延到臺州市。7月25號，臺州溫嶺市「城關教堂」兩個十字架被當局從教堂拆下，守護教堂的數百信徒中，40多人被抓捕，有傷者被送醫院治療。
據報導，「城關」教堂是溫嶺市最大的教堂，也是溫嶺市首座被強拆十字架的教堂，有信徒4000多人。

Henan Petitioner Accused of Killing Police Beaten Blind
Petitioners Mr. Xu Youchen and Ms. Zhang Xiaoyu are a
married couple who are being accused of killing a policeman.
On July 25, they were finally able to meet with a lawyer.
Their lawyer Li Jinxing posted on Sina Weibo, China’s Twitter,
saying the couple was brutally beaten by police,
leaving Xu black and blue and Zhang blinded.
That night, several lawyers involvement in the case went
to Zhengzhou and prepared to sue the Henan Procuratorate
and Henan Public Security Bureau.
Zhang and Xu are from Jiaozuo City, Henan province.
When they went to Beijing to petition on July 17,
they were soon taken back to their city by local police
and were accused of killing a policeman.
There has been no case details or evidence except for the
accusation by the local police that the couple killed an officer.
Chinese lawyers and netizens are questioning the case.
Beijing Citizen Detained Because of a microblog Post
Beijing citizen Liu Yue was detained by the police on July 25
because of a post on his Tencent microblog account.
Chinese Human Rights Defenders reports that Liu posted
on his Tencent microblog about several dozen workers
suffering from serious lung disease due to working
in coal mines in Beijing’s Fangshan district.
He says they went, huffing and puffing and carrying oxygen
bags, from Hebei’s Leping city to Longhua, Weichang,
and other cities all the way to the Zhengzhou Third Detention
Center to support the support the “Ten Noblemen" movement.
On July 24, Liu was thus summoned by the Zhoukou police
station in Beijing’s Fangshan district.
On July 25, he was detained on charges of “causing trouble."
The police station told Liu’s wife
that his charges were given from above.
Zhejiang Cross is Taken Down Again
Dozens of People are Arrested
Incidents similar to the demolition of Christian crosses
in Zhejiang have spread from Wenzhou to Taizhou.
On July 25, two crosses of Chengguan Church in
Taizhou’s Wenling city were demolished.
Among hundreds of Christians who tried to guard the church,
40 were arrested and some were hospitalized.
It’s said that Chengguan Church is the largest church in
Wenling City and the first in the area to have a cross removed.
It has more than 4,000 parishioners.
