【新唐人2014年07月03日訊】三名周永康前秘書被中共開除黨籍
中共中紀委和監察部網站7月2號公布，中共海南省前副省長冀文林、和中共中央政法委辦公室前副主任余剛被「雙開」，公安部警衛局前正師職參謀談紅也被開除黨籍，有關涉嫌犯罪問題及線索則移交司法機關處理。
中紀委指控這三人利用職務和地位形成的便利條件，為他人謀取利益，收取鉅額賄賂，還指控冀文林和談紅索取鉅額賄賂，冀文林和余剛與他人通姦。
《紐約時報》報導說，冀文林、余剛和談紅，都曾在前中共中央政治局常委、前中央政法委書記周永康手下工作。
根據大陸官方相關網站資料，冀文林曾在周永康擔任大陸國土資源部長、中共四川省委書記和公安部長期間，長期擔任秘書工作，是周永康的心腹。
余剛則在周永康擔任中共中央政法委書記期間，擔任他的專職秘書，據說他是周永康的最後一任秘書，也是「最神秘」的秘書。
而談紅則在周永康任職公安部警衛局期間，擔任周永康的警衛秘書，同樣是周永康的「親兵」。
香港「七一」遊行 引國際矚目
7月1號，數十萬香港市民為了爭取和捍衛民權，冒著酷暑和暴雨上街遊行，引起全球關注，國際主流媒體紛紛報導。
美國《紐約時報》報導說，對民主理念的嚮往，促使成千上萬港人走上街頭，呼籲「特首」要以自由、公開的方式選舉。有抗議人士打出要求貨真價實的民主，和「對中共說不」等字樣的標語；也有人打出香港在英國殖民統治下的旗幟，表達了不認同中共對香港的管轄。
《美聯社》的報導則說，一些民眾高呼「自己的政府，自己來選！」《彭博》新聞社記者也拍到抗議人士打出的：要求現任「特首」梁振英「下臺」的標語牌。
英國《路透社》則以「香港的靈魂之戰」為題，對香港現狀、和中共在港的運作等做了專題調查報導。其中引述熟悉「特首」梁振英周圍人士的話披露，中共在香港的代言機構「中聯辦」，實際上是香港「真正的內閣」，很多重大問題都必須由「中聯辦」來拍板。
美國國務院發言人哈爾夫7月1號也對香港「七一」遊行表態說，美國支持香港保持多年的傳統，其中包括和平集會和言論自由等基本的法律保障。
香港學界預演「佔中」落幕
在數十萬人的遊行結束後，數千名學生和市民響應「學聯」的呼籲，預演「佔領中環」。
香港警方凌晨3點開始對預演「佔中」的學生和民眾進行清場，逐一把人抬走，5個多小時內共拘捕511人，其中一成被捕者是學生，並有3名立法會議員。有被捕人士譴責警方清場時使用武力，指香港警察被「公安化」。
據最新消息，被捕的511人，到2號晚間已經全部獲釋。不過，其中25人，包括三名立法會議員，被指控涉嫌觸犯協助組織非法集會，或參與未經批准的集結等罪名，月底或下月初要向警方報到。
據英國廣播公司（BBC）中文網報導，因參加「佔中」預演，而被香港警方逮捕的立法會議員李卓人，他對香港警方有意起訴他，感到榮幸。
另一名立法會議員何俊仁也表示，「佔中」預演行動已經成功。

3 Former Secretaries of Zhou Yongkang Expelled by CCP
On July 2, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection
and the Ministry of Supervision website announced former
Hainan deputy governor Ji Wenlin, and former Central
Politics and Law Commission deputy Yu Gang have been
expelled from their posts.
Tan Hong, former Ministry of Public Security Guard Bureau
staff officer, was expelled from the party;
clues related to his crime have been transferred to judiciary.
The CCDI accused the three men of exploiting their positions
to give others’ benefits for huge bribes.
The CCDI also accused Ji Wenlin and Tan Hong of accepting
huge bribes, and accused Ji Wenlin and Yu Gang of adultery.
The New York Times reported that Ji Wenlin, Yu Gang and
Tan Hong all worked for Zhou Yongkang when he was a
Politburo Standing Committee member and head
of the Central Politics and Law Commission.
According to mainland official government websites,
Ji Wenlin served as Zhou Yongkang’s secretary for a long time
when Zhou served as China’s Vice-minister of land resources,
Sichuan party secretary and Public Security Minister.
He is Zhou Yongkang’s henchman.
Yu Gang served as full-time secretary for Zhou Yongkang
when Zhou served as head of the Central Politics
and Law Commission.
He’s said to be Zhou’s last and most mysterious secretary.
Tan Hong served as Zhou Yongkang’s security secretary and
bodyguard when Zhou Yongkang served at the Guard Bureau
of the Ministry of Public Security.
Hong Kong July 1st Parade Attracts International Attention
On July 1, tens of thousands of Hong Kong citizens braved
midsummer heat and torrential rain to march for civil rights.
The event attracted global attention
and has been reported on by international media.
The New York Times reported: “The appeal of democratic
ideas drew thousands of protesters into the streets of Hong Kong."
Through the day, the protesters advocated “free and open
elections for the territory’s chief executive"
“Carrying banners calling for the introduction of full
democracy and reading ‘Say No to Communist China."
One protester carries the flag Hong Kong had during British rule,
symbolizing protest to mainland China.
Associated Press reported that some people shouted:
“Our government, our choice!"
Bloomberg reporters also photographed protester’s banners,
which requested Chief Executive Leung to step down.
Reuters special report, “The battle for Hong Kong’s soul,"
describes the status of Hong Kong
and the CCP’s operations in the region.
It quoted sources with close ties to Leung as saying, “China’s
on-the-ground presence in Hong Kong, the Liaison Office,"
is where Hong Kong’s pivotal decisions on government
policies and many big problems are decided.
Reuters source says: “The real cabinet is the shadow cabinet."
On July 1, U.S. State Department deputy spokesman
Marie Harf said, “We support Hong Kong’s well-established
traditions and basic law protections that include internationally
recognized freedoms such as freedom of peaceful assembly
and freedom of expression."
Hong Kong Academia Occupy Central rehearsal Finished
After the march of tens of thousands of people, thousands of
students and people held a Occupy Central sit in rehearsal in
response to the call by the Hong Kong Federation of Students.
Hong Kong police began to clear out the participants at 3:00am.
They carried people out one by one
and arrested 511 people within 5 hours.
Most of those arrested who were are students,
but also included were three legislative councilors.
Some detainees say police used unnecessary force to remove
people, resembling the mainland’s public security personnel.
According to the latest news, all 511 people arrested have been
released by the evening of July 2nd.
However, 25 people including three legislators were accused
of assisting in an unlawful assembly or participating in an
unauthorized assembly, and must report to the police
at the end of the month.
According to a BBC Chinese report, Legislative Council
member Lee Cheuk-yan, who was among those arrested
at the sit in rehearsal, felt honored for the charges from
Hong Kong police.

the Occupy Central rehearsal has already succeeded.
