英國《路透社》報導，中共前政法委書記周永康家屬及親信的900億元人民幣資產，被北京當局查抄。
報導引述兩名知情人士透露的內幕消息說，在過去四個月裡， 針對周永康的調查行動大幅擴張，目標包括周的家庭成員、工作人員以及身邊親信，已經有超過300人被逮捕或受到審訊。
內部人士透露，中共當局凍結了周永康親友超過370億人民幣的銀行賬戶存款，和510億元外國債券。還沒收了價值達17億元人民幣的住宅和別墅，以及價值達10億元的古董、名畫，和60輛汽車。
台灣數十萬人示威反服貿 和平落幕
3月30號，台灣數十萬聲援佔領立法院「太陽花學運」的民眾，在總統府前凱達格蘭大道上舉行大規模示威，要求馬英九政府退回與中共當局簽訂的「兩岸服貿協議」。學運學生領袖林飛帆表示聲援人潮超過想像，達50萬人。
學生打出巨大的標語，表達 「捍衛民主，退回服貿」、「和平守護台灣，譴責國家暴力」的訴求，他們在演講中說，民主並不是只有投票而已，也要有人民的實際參與監督。
示威活動在當天晚間，和平落幕。台灣總統馬英九對活動的和平理性，表示肯定，但仍然堅持，不會撤回「兩岸服貿協議」。
廣東萬人示威反PX 軍警出動鎮壓
同一天，在大陸廣東省茂名市，也有上萬市民上街示威，抗議當地政府建設PX（芳烴）項目，不過，示威活動遭到中共派出的上千武警、特警的鎮壓。相關消息大陸媒體只字未報，目擊者上傳到微博等互聯網交流平臺的信息，也都被刪除。
當地民眾給本臺記者爆料說，示威活動從上午8點持續到下午3點，警察暴力鎮壓，造成多人被打成重傷。

90 Billion Assets of Zhou Yongkang’s Relatives are Checked
Reuters reported the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have
seized assets worth at least 90 billion yuan ($14.5 billion)
from family members and associates of retired domestic
security tsar Zhou Yongkang.
Zhou is at the centre of China’s biggest corruption scandal
in more than six decades.
Two sources said more than 300 of Zhou’s relatives, political
allies, protégés and staff have also been taken into custody or
questioned in the past four months.
The source also said the investigators had also confiscated
about 300 apartments and villas worth 1.7 billion yuan, and
antiques and contemporary paintings with a market value
of 1 billion yuan and more than 60 vehicles.
One Hundred Thousand People Demonstration For
Anti-Trade Agreement in Taiwan Has a Peaceful End
On March 30, hundreds of thousands of people occupied the
Taiwan Legislative Yuan in support of the Sunflower student
movement and demonstrated in front of the Presidential Palace.
They requested the Ma Ying-jeou government to return signed
cross-strait trade agreement to the Chinese authorities.
Student leader Lin Feifan said the supporting people are
expected to reach 50 million people.
Students have a huge slogan to express the demand of “return
the service trade pact, defend democracy”, “Peacefully
protecting Taiwan, condemning state violence”.
They said democracy is not only a vote, but also a real
participation of the people’s supervision.
The demonstration had a peaceful ending that evening.
Taiwan President Ma Ying-jeou still insisted not to withdraw
cross-strait trade agreements even confirming the movement
is peaceful and rational.
Guangdong People Demonstrated
Against PX Police Crackdown
On March 30, in Maoming City, thousands of people protested
against the local government building PX (aromatics) project.
However, the protest was suppressed by thousands of armed
police and special police.
The mainland media didn’t report anything and the information
uploaded by witnesses in microblog and the Internet exchange
platform have been deleted.
Local people told the reporter the demonstration was from
8:00am to 3pm;
The violent repression by police injured many people.
