【新唐人2012年9月12日訊】即將在10月接掌中共最高領導人的國家副主席習近平，已經失蹤11天。原定10號會晤丹麥首相施密特的習近平，再度缺席，由於連續取消多場外事活動，習近平的動向引起全球媒體關注。分析人士指出，胡錦濤、溫家寶沒有利用好王立軍叛逃美領館的天賜良機，果斷摧毀周永康血債派，導致一直企圖取代習近平的血債派們反戈，胡溫為平穩過度的退讓，卻造成更大的不穩定。
習近平9月1號在中央黨校講話後，從此在公眾視線中消失。9月5號，習近平與美國國務卿希拉里的會晤被匆忙取消，同一天他與新加坡總理李顯龍，以及俄羅斯代表團的會晤也被取消。美國官員向媒體透露，習近平取消會晤的原因是背部受傷，但，對於習近平的現狀卻有各種猜測。
9月9號，有中南海內部人士向國外媒體爆料，9月4號夜間，國家副主席習近平與另一名政治局常委，團派人物賀國強，先後在北京市內遭遇意外交通事故。並且懷疑事故與周永康、薄熙來一夥有關。
9月3號，已經失勢的政法委書記周永康突然高調在安徽省所謂「考察調研」。周永康還「考察」了審理谷開來案的「合肥市中級人民法院」，並說要「努力使辦理的每起案件都經得起法律和歷史的檢驗」，周永康這個動作被視為高調威脅「合肥中院」，企圖部署反撲計劃。
時政評論員藍述認為，不管習近平受傷與否，習近平已經消失10來天，並且在全球謠言四起的情況下，沒有出面，說明中共在第四代到第五代交接班過程中，遇到了巨大的障礙。
時政評論員藍述：「之所以在離開會那麼近的時候出現了這種鬥爭，主要是因為今年，薄王事件出現以來，一直到現在，胡溫沒有在處理薄王事件上，真正的採取雷霆的手段，去處理薄熙來背後所牽帶出來的一系列的問題。」
藍述認為，前一段時間，因為中共各方把注意力集中在處理薄熙來的問題上，看似比較平穩，但是，因為沒有在處理薄熙來的過程中，把江系所有的罪惡都挖出來，現在「反招其亂」。
藍述：「中共就是黑幫，互相之間搞暗殺的事情，前幾年已經發生了很多起了，到處都有這種事情出現，先不論真假，現在暗殺的傳聞已經是圍繞著第五代接班人，第五代核心頭上去了。你不處理人家，那他就是沒罪，那他要論資排輩，他要上位，你憑甚麼擋住他？」
目前對習近平的傳言存在5個版本。但外交部發言人洪磊面對媒體的追問，卻不願正面回答。
藍述：「這裡面有幾種可能，一種情況是遇到暗殺的事是真的，另外一種可能，如果暗殺不是真的，習近平這麼長時間不出現，而且和希拉里臨時取消了會談，在謠言滿天飛的情況下都不出來，那就很可能是黨內出現了甚麼大的變故，有沒有政變呢﹖」
原歷史學教授劉因全指出，在中共歷史上沒出現過臨時取消會見外賓的先例，習近平與賀國強同時失蹤10來天，說明北京確實出了大事。
原歷史學教授劉因全：「我看網上有一種說法，說兩個人都出車禍了，我覺得這種可能性也是有的，反正是人為的造成了兩個人不能出面的這種狀態，因為如果沒有出現這種情況的話，兩個人不可能同時在公眾視野中消失﹔如果是一般的病，我想也不會影響接見外賓。」
最近幾天，中共媒體在頭條，大量刊發習近平9月1號在「中共中央黨校」開學典禮上的講話，藍述認為，中共各個幫派都在看守自己的山頭，習近平幫派想用這篇文章來穩定人心，表現習還存在，以免習派的官員們改換門庭。

Xi Missing show big problems before the 18th National Congress
Vice President Xi Jinping, the upcoming Chairman of the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP), has been missing for 11 days.
Xi, who was scheduled to meet with Danish Prime Minister
Helle Thorning-Schmidt, was absent again.
Since Xi cancelled many activities recently,
his whereabouts has causes global attention.
Analysts point out that Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao
did not make good use of the Wang Lijun opportunity
to decisively destroy Zhou Yongkang and the bloody hands
faction, which always wants to replace Xi Jinping,
so now they (the bloody hands faction) strikes again.
Hu and Wen’s compromise in hopes of a stable transition
has caused greater instability in China.
On September 1, Xi Jinping gave a speech at the Central
School of the CCP, and has since disappeared from the public eye.
On September 5, Xi Jinping’s meeting with U.S. Secretary
of State Hilary Clinton was hastily canceled.
On the same day, his meeting with Singapore Prime Minister
Lee Hsien Loong, as well as the meeting of the Russian delegation, were cancelled.
U.S. officials revealed to the media that Xi Jinping canceled
the meeting due to a back injury, but outsiders have all kinds of theories.
On September 9, Zhongnanhai insiders told foreign media
that on the night of September 4, Vice President Xi Jinping
and He Guoqiang, another Politburo Standing Committee
member and Tuan Faction member,
were each successively involved in strange traffic accidents
within Beijing, which are suspected to have been arranged by the Zhou Yongkang and Bo Xilai faction.
On September 3, Zhou Yongkang, who has already lost ground
in the Politics and Law Committee, suddenly conducted
a high profile investigation in Anhui Province as well as
inspected the Hefei Intermediate People’s Court which sentenced Gu Kailai.
Zhou said he would attempt to make sure every case
can withstand legal and historical inspection.
Zhou’s action is considered to be a high-profile threat
to the Hefei Intermediate People’s Court, in an attempt to launch a counter attack plan.
Current affairs commentator Lan Shu said that whether Xi
is injured or not, he had been missing for 10 days, and has not come forward amidst global rumors.
It shows the transition to the fifth generation of CCP leaders
has encountered a huge obstacle.
Lan Shu: “The reason why there appears to be such a struggle
immediately preceding the 18th National People’s Congress (NPC) meeting,
is because Hu-Wen never firmly dealt with issues related
to Bo Xilai after the events surrounding Bo and Wang Lijun.”
Lan Shu stated that recently different factions of the CCP
have been focused on dealing with Bo’s case.
Operations appear to be relatively stable.
However, because they (Hu-Wen) did not remove the evil
Jiang faction when dealing with Bo Xilai, they now run into troubles.
Lan Shu: “The CCP is a gang, assassinations happen frequently.
It happened in many cases in the past few years all over China.
No matter if it is true or not, rumors regarding the assassination
of the fifth generation successor have now spread.
If you do not handle them (the bloody hands faction),
then it is as if they are innocent.
Then, Zhou would utilize his seniority in the CCP.
He wants to advance, how can you hold him back?"
Currently there are five versions of rumors regarding Xi Jinping.
Hong Lei, Foreign Ministry spokesman, did not directly answer the media’s questions.
Lan Shu: “There are several possibilities.
One is that the assassination really took place.
Another possibility, if the assassination theory is false,
is that Xi Jinping canceled his meeting with Hilary,
and would not appear in public for such a long period of time,
even amidst flying rumors.
It is likely there are great changes within the CCP.
Is there a coup?”
Liu Yinquan, former professor of history, pointed out that
over the course of the CCP’s history,
there has never been a precedent case of
canceled meetings with foreign guests.
Xi Jinping and He Guoqiang have both been missing for 10 days,
which shows something serious took place in Beijing.
Liu Yinquan: “A theory spreading online says the two
each had car accidents, I think that is a possibility.
After all, some human factors blocked the two from appearing.
Otherwise, two people could not disappear at the same time.
If it was just related to small diseases,
it won’t affect the meetings.”
Recently, the CCP media published a large amount of
headline stories regarding Xi Jinping’s speech on Sept. 1st
during the opening ceremony of the Party School
of the CCP Central Committee.
Different factions of the CCP are now protecting
their own forces.
Xi’s faction attempts to use these articles to ease
people’s minds, and show that Xi is still alive, lest his officials leave to join other factions.
