【新唐人2012年9月7日訊】重慶市原副市長、公安局原局長王立軍涉嫌「徇私枉法」、「叛逃」、「濫用職權」、「受賄」犯罪一案，日前，已由四川省成都市人民檢察院向成都市中級人民法院提起公訴。但是，越來越多的證據顯示，王立軍直接參與了活體摘取法輪功學員器官活動。外界指出，那才是他最大的罪惡。
成都市人民檢察院起訴書指控，被告人王立軍身為重慶市副市長、公安局局長，明知薄谷開來有殺害尼爾•伍德的重大嫌疑，卻違背職責、徇私枉法，以使薄谷開來不受刑事追究，已構成「徇私枉法罪」；在履行公務期間，擅離崗位，叛逃美國駐成都總領事館，已構成「叛逃罪」；未經批准或者偽造批准手續，違法使用技術偵察措施，已構成「濫用職權罪」；利用職務之便收受巨額賄賂，為他人謀取利益，已構成「受賄罪」。
據報導，四川省成都市中級人民法院已受理王立軍案件，將擇日開庭審理。
時事評論員藍述：「王立軍最主要的罪行是他直接參與、指揮在鐵嶺、錦州以及在重慶這些城市，他當公安局長期間對法輪功學員的鎮壓，尤其是對法輪功學員進行活體摘除器官，進行販賣。這個罪惡是王立軍所犯下罪惡最大的一樁。」
被外界稱為「起訴江澤民第一人」的香港居民朱柯明也認為，真正的能夠體現出王立軍殘忍和滅絕人性的，就是他親自參與活摘法輪功學員器官的這個罪行。
訴江第一人朱柯明 「這是自有人類歷史以來最邪惡的事情，而且是數量龐大的、而且是時間比較長的這麼一個行為，這個事情是非常殘忍的。這個罪揭示出來以後，才真正是他罪大惡極的最大的一方面。」
王立軍參與活體摘除法輪功學員器官，並非外界無端的猜測。
公開消息指出，王立軍不僅多次被公安部授予「模範」等榮譽稱號，他還在2006年9月17號獲得了一項「光華創新特別貢獻獎」，這是他在擔任遼寧省錦州市公安局局長期間，兼任「錦州市公安局現場心理研究中心」主任時，從事的「器官受體移植」，所獲得的獎項。
王立軍在頒獎典禮上談到，他們所從事的現場，「是幾千個現場集約的結晶」。
而「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」在2012年2月發表的最新調查報告顯示，2003年到2006年，全中國器官移植數量，每年大概在1萬例到2萬例左右，是中共活體摘除法輪功學員器官的高峰期。
「追查國際」的報告還指出，涉嫌參與活體摘取法輪功學員器官做器官移植手術的單位有：中國醫科大學、錦州醫學院、錦州解放軍205醫院等。調查中，現已經退休的錦州解放軍205醫院泌尿外科主任陳榮山多次說漏嘴，承認摘取法輪功學員器官，做器官移植手術。
時事評論員籃述： 「大規模的、長期的對法輪功學員活體摘除器官，這種事情它是一個國家的犯罪，而不是一個個人的犯罪。所以中共它目前對王立軍起訴的四條都可以歸結為個人的行為，目地就是要掩蓋中共體制性的犯罪、中共集權政府的國家性犯罪或者是中共黨的罪行。」
朱柯明認為，中共起訴王立軍的四項罪，幾乎是中共官員人人都犯有的罪行，如果忽略王立軍最大的罪惡，不可能讓老百姓服氣。
朱柯明呼籲美國政府，公布王立軍叛逃美國使館提交的機密資料，尤其是他和薄熙來執行江澤民迫害法輪功的政策，和殘害法輪功學員的內容。朱柯明認為，「不替中共掩蓋迫害法輪功」是美國的責任，這也是在維護人類的尊嚴和正義。

Wang’s Biggest Crime Concealed
Wang Lijun, former vice mayor of Chongqing and former
director of Public Security Bureau in Chongqing,
was recently prosecuted by the Chengdu Intermediate People
Court at the People’s Procuratorate in Chendu, Sichuan.
Wang was alleged to have abused the law by practicing
favoritism, defection, abusing power and bribery,
However, more and more evidence shows Wang Lijun was
directly involved in the Organ Harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
Outsiders pointed out that is his greatest sin.
Indictment of People’s Procuratorate in Sichuan Province
accused Wang Lijun, in his role of former Vice Mayor of
Chongqing and former director of Public Security
Bureau in Chongqing,
of knowing clearly that Gu Kailai was a main suspect
in the murder of Neil Heywood,
but betrayed his role practiced favoritism,
in order for Gu Kailai to escape investigation.
which has constituted a crime of abusing the law
and practicing favoritism.
When he was on duty, he left his position without
Authorization and fled into US Consulate in Chengdu, which constitutes deflection.
Wang illegally utilized technical investigation methods
without approval or with forged approval, which constitutes the crime of abusing power.
Wang accepted huge briberies convenient to his position
of power, to gain interests, which constitutes the crime of bribery.
According to reports, the Intermediate People’s Court
of Chengdu in Sichuan Province has accepted the Wang Lijun case, and will choose a trial date.
Political commentator Lan Shu: “Wang Lijun’s major crimes
were that he was directly involved in and directed suppression
of Falun Gong practitioners in Tieling, Jinzhou,Chongqing
where he served as director of the Public Security Bureau.
Specifically, he participated in organ harvesting from living
Falun Gong practitioners and organ trades.
This is the biggest sin Wang committed.”
Zhu Keming, a Hong Kong citizen and the first man
to prosecute Jiang Zemin,
also believes Wang had directly participated in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners,
which truly demonstrates his cruelty and inhuman nature.
Zhu Keming: “This is the most evil thing in human history,
and it is done on a huge scale, and has lasted the longest time.
It is very cruel. Once this sin, the core of his heinous crimes,
is exposed, it will be the biggest."
Wang Lijun’s participation in organ harvesting from living
Falun Gong practitioners is not outside groundless speculation.
Public sources said Wang Lijun has not only repeatedly
been awarded honorary titles of ‘a model’ by the Ministry of Public Security,
but he also obtained, on September 17, 2006, the
‘Guanghua Innovation and Special Contribution Award,’ an award for his work in organ transplantation.
This was during the time when he served as the office
director in the on-site Psychology Research Center
during his time serving as director of Jinzhou Public
Security Bureau in Liaoning.
Wang Lijun, who spoke at the ceremony,
described the centers’ work as being an achievement based on thousands of on-site practices.
In the latest report published in February 2012 by World
Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG ),
from 2003 to 2006, there were about 10,000 to 20,000
annual cases of organ transplants in China,
which was the peak of organ harvesting from living
Falun Gong participants.
The WOIPFG report also pointed out that suspected organ
transplant units in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners
include China Medical University, Jinzhou Medical College,
and Jinzhou 205 Hospital of People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
In the investigation, Chen Rongshan, a retired office director
in the Urology department of Jinzhou 205 Hospital of PLA,
confessed many times he had harvested organs from living
Falun Gong practitioners for his organ transplant surgeries.
Lan Shu: “Harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners on a large scale and for
a long time is a national crime, rather than a personal crime.
So the indictments against Wang Lijun can be attributed
to individual behavior,
for the purpose of covering up the crimes of
the communist system,
the national crime of a totalitarian government of the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP), or the crimes of the CCP."
Zhu Keming said the four crimes that CCP accused
Wang Lijun of are the crimes of nearly every CCP official.
If it ignores the biggest sin of Wang Lijun,
Chinese people won’t be convinced.
Zhu Keming called on the U.S. government to publicize
the confidential information handed over by Wang Lijun,
especially the information regarding Wang and Bo’s execution
of Jiang Zemin’s persecution policy of Falun Gong practitioners.
Zhu Keming believes it is the responsibility of the US to not aid
the CCP in covering up the crimes in persecuting Falun Gong.
To reveal the crimes is to uphold human dignity and justice.
