【新唐人2012年6月11日訊】重慶萬盛區和雙橋區接連爆發萬人上街，抗議薄熙來主政時期遺留的爛攤子。除了萬盛區萬人繼續上街「散步」抗議先前的合併之外，6月6日，重慶市雙橋區，數千名居民也上街堵路，抗議合併。雙橋居民遭到重慶防暴警察強力鎮壓，造成數十人受傷，包括一名孕婦。7日，抗議浪潮持續高漲，雙橋區罷工、罷市，上萬民眾走上街頭，當局也調來數千警察驅散人群，雙方再次爆發激烈衝突，局勢陷入緊張。
重慶萬盛區從4月開始出現萬人抗暴之後，5月，萬盛區數萬市民陸續在廣場所謂「散步」，因此引起政府恐慌。連日來，重慶當局派出大量防暴特警遍佈在人群中，如果有人成群議論，立即驅散，甚至使用暴力並抓捕市民。
6月7日，萬盛再次爆發較大的警民衝突，當晚數萬名「散步」抗議的民眾陸續返回時，遭到警方的抓捕和暴力攻擊，民眾因而向警方反擊，但被大量催淚彈驅散，警方還向住宅樓上觀看的居民發射催淚彈，造成居民受傷就醫。
重慶居民鐘聲牛：「好像是上個星期四、星期五，全重慶是去了很多警察，他們是回來的時候都在講，當地警力不夠。一方面就是以前遺留的問題，另外一個方面，綦江和萬盛合併了，綦江的領導把萬盛的很多公共設施全拆下來，運往了綦江，引起當地的不滿。」
一直幫助弱勢群體的「天網人權中心」非常了解重慶萬盛區的抗議情況。「天網」創始人黃琦認為，這次重慶民眾採取的柔性抗爭方法，是吸取了幾十年來中國人抗爭過程中的經驗。
「天網」創始人黃琦：「他們每天晚上大約是在晚上22點，到零點之間聚集在一起，他們提出的口號是：還我萬盛區，打倒黃奇帆。當地民眾告訴我們是數萬人。他們採取的這種抗爭方法，應當說是充滿理性和有智慧的，而且也具有可實施性。」
自從薄熙來被停職接受調查之後，重慶持續發生萬人上街抗議的事情。民間普遍認為，這都起源於薄熙來留下的爛攤子，比如強拆、打黑製造冤案，行政區不合理合併等等。
「天網」創始人黃琦：「重慶萬盛區，還有雙橋區，還有其他區域民眾的維權抗爭處於相對聚集爆發的狀態，一方面是歷史上地域的問題，包括他們的社保以及其他方面的，都沒有處理好。另一方面來說，當局在一些施政政策，沒有充分的透明告訴民眾。」
《新唐人》時事評論員趙培：「其實薄熙來的『重慶模式』跟中共的做法是一脈相承的。薄熙來通過這一個實際的操作告訴大家：共產制度它確實是會讓國民經濟走向破產，操縱民意的統治方式得來的只是對抗。」
6月8日的「重慶市發展民營經濟大會」上，中共重慶市委書記張德江決定提升暴力手段「維穩」，他在會上聲稱，「要進一步健全法制環境，依法保護民營企業家財產不受侵犯」。
《大紀元》新聞網評論認為，張德江高調「挺私」的目地很明顯，就是企圖用所謂靠不住的「法制」來掩蓋中共「無法無天」的罪惡本質、用小恩小惠來欺騙和收買民企老闆之心。但這種換湯不換藥的做法難保在薄熙來之後不出現一個張熙來、李熙來。
時事評論員趙培：「其實胡溫通過薄熙來的失敗，他也看到共產制度實在是維持不下去了。對於胡溫來說，薄熙來這個案子是一個重新選擇的機會，這個黨如果真的沒有希望能夠維持下去的時候，他們怎麼擺放自己是他們自己的選擇。」
《大紀元》的報導說，張德江自入主重慶以來，試圖收拾薄熙來在重慶黑打期間留下的爛攤子，以治理重慶有功為跳板，為「入常」鋪平道路。但事與願違，中共高層分裂及重慶的群體維權運動風起雲湧，讓張德江措手不及，泥潭深陷。走投無路的張德江不得不將維穩的暴力升級。

Tens of Thousands in Chongqing Protest
Against Mess Bo Xilai Left Behind
Recently, tens of thousands of people from Wansheng
District and Shuangqiao District, Chongqing,
walked onto the street protesting against the “mess”
that Bo Xilai left behind.
Earlier, residents from Wansheng District protested
against the merger of different administration districts.
On June 6th, thousands of residents from Shuangqiao
District also walked onto the street protesting against the merger of administration districts.
Residents of Shuangqiao District
were cracked down on violently by police.
Tens of people were injured including a pregnant woman.
On June 7th, the tide of protest kept rising.
Strikes took place in Shuangqiao District and
tens of thousands of people walked onto the street.
The local authorities called up thousands of police
to disperse people.
Meanwhile, another round of intense conflicts took place
between police and protesters and the situation is very sensitive.
In April, in Wansheng District, Chongqing, tens of thousands
of people protested against violence.
In May, citizens kept “walking” in the square one after another.
This has caused a lot of panic in the local government.
Recently Chongqing government has deployed a great
number of anti-violence police among ordinary people.
If the police see any group of people gather and discuss,
they disperse them and even arrest them violently.
On June 7th, one more big conflict took place
between the police and citizens.
On the night when people protesting by “walking” were
heading home, they were arrested and attacked violently.
When the protesters attacked the police,
the police fired tear-gas shells to disperse them.
The police even fired tear-gas shells at residents in their
homes. Some residents were injured and sent to hospital.
Chong Shengniu, resident in Chongqing,” it seems that last
Thursday and Friday a lot of police gathered in Chongqing.
It was said that the police force of Chongqing
is not strong enough.
Firstly, there are some remaining issues; secondly,
Zhanjiang District and Wansheng District were merged.
Officials from Zhanjiang have taken apart a lot of
public facilities in Wansheng and moved them to Zhanjiang.
This has caused Wansheng residents’ discontent.”

Huang Qi, the originator of “Tianwang Human Rights Center”
thinks that
the “soft” protesting strategy adopted by Chongqing citizens
is based on decades of experiences of struggle by Chinese people.
Huang Qi: “Citizens of Chongqing gather together
from 10pm to 12am.
Their slogans are ‘Return Wansheng back to us,
Tear Huang Qifan Down’.
Local residents of Chongqing told us there are tens of
thousands of protesters.
The strategy they’ve taken for protesting is sane,
wise and practical.”
Since Bo Xilai was discharged from his position and
put under investigation,
tens of thousands of protesters walk onto the street
and protest continuously.
People think that all the protests originate from the “mess”
that Bo Xilai left behind.
Some examples of the mess are: tearing down of
residential buildings without owners』 approval,
creation of injustice in the name of cracking down on gangsters,
and merging different administration districts unreasonably.
Huang Qi: “The human rights activities in Wansheng District
and Shuangqiao District are about to explode.
Firstly, this is caused by regional problems, for example:
residents』 social insurance and other benefits were not handled well.
Secondly, it’s caused by local government.
When local authorities take certain actions,
they haven’t communicated with the residents with thorough transparency. ”
Zhao Pei, Commentator from New Tang Dynasty TV,
“Actually, Bo Xilai’s 『Chongqing Mode』 is originated from what the CCP has been doing all the time.
Bo Xilai’s failure is telling all of us that the Communist
regime brings the national economy to bankruptcy.
Governing through manipulating public opinion
can only generate confrontation.”
On June 8th, there was a meeting about “the Development
of Private Business Economy in Chongqing City”.
In the meeting, Zhang Dejiang, Sectary of
CCP Chongqing Municipal Committee,
made the decision to “maintain stability”
with escalated violence. He declared in the meeting,
“The legislation environment should be further improved
to protect the properties of private business owners and keep them intact.”
The commentators from “The Epoch Times” think that
Zhan Dejiang “supports” private business in high profile
in order to cover the CCP’s evil nature of being “lawless”.
Zhang is trying to deceive and buy private business
Owners’ hearts with small favors.
The same practice but with a new name will only
create a “Zhang Xilai”.
Zhao Pei: “In fact, through the failure of Bo Xilai,
Hu & Wen should also be able to see that the CCP regime is hard to sustain any more.
To Hu & Wen, Bo Xilai’s case is offering them a chance
to make a second choice.
If it’s really hopeless for CCP to sustain, how should
Hu & Wen make their choice and position themselves?”
“The Epoch Times” reports that Zhang Dejiang has been
trying to clean up the “mess” Bo Xilai left behind since he assumed office in Chongqing.
Managing Chongqing successfully would pave Zhang’s
path to get into the CCP Standing Committee.
However, things are not happening as he wished.
The split of the CCP senior authorities and the surging of
citizen’s human rights activities have caught Zhang unprepared.
Now Zhang Dejiang can only desperately escalate
the violence level of “stability maintenance”.
