【新唐人2011年9月8日訊】領導利比亞人民推翻卡扎菲獨裁統治的利比亞全國過渡委員會，目前已經得到美國、法國、德國等西方國家的普遍承認。但大陸外交部最近宣稱，只有條件成熟的時候，才會承認利比亞全國過渡委員會為利比亞唯一合法政府。專家指出，這是因為中共對卡扎菲「兔死狐悲」，也表明中共「愚蠢死了」。
在9月6號的大陸外交部例行記者會上，外交部發言人姜瑜宣稱，將在「水到渠成」的時候承認利比亞全國過渡委員會為利比亞人民的合法代表。
時事評論家曹長青對《新唐人》表示，利比亞過渡政府代表利比亞的民意，推翻了卡扎菲的瘋子統治，使利比亞人民獲得了自由。
曹長青：「全世界所有熱愛自由的人都在歡呼、都在慶賀、都在高興的時刻，那北京不予承認，這一下子更讓人看出來了：這北京是個甚麼政權。這樣的政權怎麼配還擔任聯合國五個常任理事國？這是對聯合國的羞辱，對國際人權標準的羞辱。」
在強調「條件不成熟」的同時，姜瑜還表示，北京重視與利比亞過渡政府的關係，並且希望參加利比亞戰後的重建。
對此，美國哥倫比亞大學政治學博士王軍濤指出，實際上，中共一直支持卡扎菲獨裁政權，大陸外交部現在的說辭，是中共在無奈的給自己找「下臺階。」
王軍濤：「它們（中共）知道在利比亞有石油，（它們在利比亞）還有大量投資，為了不使這些東西泡湯，所以它們需要跟利比亞改善關係，需要接受現在利比亞人民產生的這個新政權。但是它們又需要在國際社會，特別是在中國人面前要圓謊，在面子上能夠過得去。」
在此之前，利比亞全國過渡委員會宣佈，他們手中掌握著中國軍工企業在今年（2011年）7月向卡扎菲提供武器的證據，並指責中方的這一做法嚴重違背了聯合國的禁運決定。
針對這一有力指控，大陸外交部不得不承認，中國的軍工企業與卡扎菲的代表進行過接觸，但號稱中共當局並不知情。
對於利比亞的重建，中共喉舌媒體仍然試圖混淆視聽，《人民日報》海外版發表文章「西方新殖民主義現身利比亞」，抨擊西方國家號稱「利比亞之友」，實際上為的是「利比亞之油。」
李劍芒（時政評論人）：「但實際上，這從側面反映了：恰恰是中國（中共）需要石油。因為中國（中共）滿腦子的石油，別人一阻擋了它（中共）的生意了，它認為別人也是為了石油。你比如伊拉克，打到最後，石油合同都跑到中國的中石油手上去了，不可理解的事情。」
時政評論人李劍芒強調，中共在非洲的整個戰略就是石油，而且已經到了不擇手段的地步。為了獲得石油，中共經常支持一些像卡扎菲這樣的流氓政府。
上個星期，利比亞全國過渡委員會主席賈利勒指責中共當局，阻礙解凍利比亞被凍結的資產，並要求中共對這種「匪夷所思的態度」做出解釋。
曹長青：「中共政權對利比亞這個事情的前後的表演，已經充分證明：這是一個多麼跟卡扎菲一樣的專制政權。同時所有的專制政權都有共同點：極為的愚蠢。最後它們就一定會像卡扎菲政權一樣，蠢死了。」

Beijing Denies Libya』s TNC
Libya』s Transitional National Council (TNC) is fully accepted
by the western countries, such as USA, France and Germany,
because of its leadership in overthrowing Gaddafi.
But recently a Chinese diplomat claimed that
only when conditions permit, would Beijing accept the TNC
as the sole legitimate government of Libya.
Experts pointed out that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
was mourning the death of its own kind,
and it showed the CCP』s stupidity.
On September 6, spokeswoman of the Chinese Ministry of
Foreign Affairs (MFA) Jiang Yu said
in the CCP』s regular news conference meeting that
CCP would accept the TNC as the legitimate government
of Libya when conditions are ripe.
Commentator Cao Changqing told NTD that
Libya』s TNC represents the willingness of Libyan people to
overthrow Gaddafi』s crazy regime,
and it helps Libya gain freedom.
Cao: “Beijing denies the TNC, when everyone in the world
who loves freedom is cheering, celebrating and happy for them.
It directly displays what kind of regime Beijing is.
How can this kind of regime be qualified as one of the five
permanent members of the U.N.?
It is a humiliation of the U.N. and
international human rights standards.”
While stressing that the conditions are not ripe,
Jiang Yu said Beijing values the relationship with the TNC
and would like to join the reestablishment of Libya.
Wang Juntao, Politics PH.D at Columbia University,
pointed out that CCP has been supporting
the Gaddafi dictatorship all the time.
Jiang Yu』s speech demonstrates that
the CCP is trying to save face.
Wang:” They know there is oil in Libya,
and a vast amount of (their) investment (in Libya).
In order to not lose these things,
they have to improve their relationship with Libya,
and they need to accept this new Libyan government.
But they also need to lie in front of international society,
especially the Chinese people,
so that they feel they still have their reputation.”
Not long before, Libya』s TNC claimed that they had evidence
that Chinese military enterprises provided weapons to Gaddafi
in July 2011, and blamed CCP for
violating the U.N. arms embargo.
The charge is so powerful that the mainland MFA had to admit
that Chinese military enterprises had contact with Gaddafi,
but it claimed that the authority did not know it.
During the reconstruction of Libya,
CCP』s mouthpiece media is still trying to confuse people.
People’s Daily overseas edition published an article
“Western Neo-Colonialism Coming out of Libya",
and criticized Western countries for calling themselves
“Friends of Libya", when they just want Libya’s oil.
Commentator Li Jiangmang:” Actually, it reflects that
it is precisely the CCP who wants the oil.
As its mind is on oil, when someone stops its business,
it thinks it is out for oil.
For example, in Iraq, at the end of war, all oil contracts are
gained by China National Petroleum Corporation.
It is hard to understand.”
Li stressed that the CCP』s strategy in Africa is all about oil,
and will use any means necessary to gain oil.
CCP always supports some rogue governments such as
Gaddafi』s dictatorship for trade of oil.
Last week, chairman of the TNC Jalil accused CCP authority
of hindering the unfreezing of Libyan assets,
and requested an explanation for this inconceivable attitude.
Cao Changqing:” CCP』s behaviors before and
after the Libyan revolution sufficiently proves that
it is similar to Gaddafi』s dictatorship.
They share all the common parts of a dictatorship,
including acting extremely foolish.
Finally, it will have the same fate as Gaddafi』s regime:
