【新唐人2011年6月24日訊】面對日趨嚴重的群體性抗議事件和社會危機，中共中央黨校副校長6月21號為共產黨所謂「執政合法性」辯護，否認中共有自身的特殊利益。他的說辭，遭到海內外學者和民眾的駁斥，一般認為，中共早已成為權貴利益集團，無官不貪。而這位黨校副校長也承認，貪污腐敗是因為「信仰垮了」。
今年是中共建黨90週年。21號，在中共中央外宣辦的新聞發佈會上，有香港記者提問：「黨校教育有沒有評估共產黨的支持度？」
中共中央黨校副校長陳寶生答非所問說，共產黨浴血奮戰完成國家獨立、1949年建立了新中國，這就是中共執政的合法性。
時事評論家陳破空指出，這是在給共產黨不惜用無數人的生命、暴力搶奪政權，尋找執政合法性的藉口：「在1949年以前，中國本來就是一個獨立的國家，儘管有日本的侵略，但是中國並沒有喪失獨立性，而且取得了抗日戰爭的勝利。」
陳破空說，49年以前，儘管幾十年內外戰爭，但是中國並沒有多少人餓死，而中國的經濟在發展中。「倒是共產黨接手之後，製造了大饑荒、經濟大崩潰，幾千萬人都活活餓死；尤其文化大革命，他們砸爛了文物古蹟，拒絕搞建設。共產黨幹的事情是中國歷史上山河最破碎、餓死人最多的一個時代。」
美國《華盛頓郵報》記者邵德廉的長篇調查報導「毛時代的大眾死亡」，指出：「自1949年中共建政以來，中國因飢餓、迫害和槍殺而死亡的人數，可能有8千萬或更多。」
而中共中央黨校副校長陳寶生卻高唱讚歌說：「文化大革命結束前30年時間，既取得了偉大成就，又犯下了重大錯誤；改革開放以來30多年，中國特色社會主義勝利前進。」
陳破空：「共產黨可以說前30年不合法，後30年也不合法。因為雖然他們以所謂『鬆綁』兩個字，來讓中國老百姓重新可以發展經濟，但是中共的大小官僚和黨員通過這個過程貪污腐敗，在手中集中了無限的財富和資源，形成了中國的貧富分化，所以這也證明他們所謂的改革開放也根本不是為了人民的利益。」
陳寶生在回答香港記者提問時，引述中共《黨章》內容說：「共產黨沒有自身的特殊利益，共產黨的職能就是為人民服務。」
大陸民眾：他這個說的話完全是說的一套、做的一套，民眾的利益高於一切，在現在根本是不存在的，他們現在是把黨的利益，把他們共產黨的利益、官員的利益放在第一位的。」
中共中央紀委副書記吳玉良22號在新聞發佈會上通報，2010年全國紀檢監察機關共立案近14萬個貪污腐敗案件，給予黨紀、政紀處分的黨員幹部共有14萬6千多人。
香港《動向》雜誌主編張偉國：「中共所謂的反腐敗，全世界都看到了這個結果，就是越反腐敗越腐敗，共產黨國庫成黨庫，黨庫又變成了他們共產黨這些權貴的私人腰包所有。」
而陳寶生把黨員幹部貪污腐敗的原因，歸咎於「信仰出了問題」。他說：「根本的原因是他的信念出了問題，理想信念垮了。」
不過，貴州民主人士曾寧向《自由亞洲電臺》表示：「共產黨的合法性就是建立在所謂的共產主義理想信念這個意識形態基礎上的。在今天的中國大陸，繼續相信馬克思共產主義的人，我個人認為應該說是少之又少。」
全球退黨服務中心執行主任李大勇博士指出，目前的中國社會已經不是20多年前六四時期的社會，民眾對共產黨已經不再抱有幻想，中共解體將是歷史的必然。越來越多的人們正在加入到退出中共黨、團、隊組織的退黨大潮中來。

“Faith Collapsed" Admits CCP
Facing growing mass protests and social crises,
on June 21 CCP’s (Chinese Communist Party)
Central School Vice President defended its so-called
“legitimacy," denying CCP’s own special interests.
His words were criticized by scholars in China
and overseas. Public opinion has not changed,
still believing that the CCP has long been
a power-interest group. The vice president admitted
the corruption is because their “faith collapsed."
2011 is the 90th anniversary of founding of the CCP.
On June 21, on a propaganda office press conference.
One Hong Kong reporter questioned:
“Has the Party School assessed its support of CCP?"
Central Party School Vice President Chen Baosheng,
said the CCP fought a bloody war to gain
national independence, establishing a new China
in 1949. This is the legitimacy of the ruling of CCP.
Commentator Chen Pokong claims this is an excuse
for CCP’s taking power violently and sacrificing
the lives of countless people. “Before 1949,
China had always been an independent state,
despite Japan’s aggression. China did not lose
independence, and achieved victory of the war."
Chen Pokong said before 1949, despite wars,
China didn’t have many people die of starvation,
and China’s economy was developing.
It was after the CCP took power,
it created the great famine and economic collapse,
tens of millions starved to death.
During the Cultural Revolution.
They (CCP) smashed heritage and ancient artifacts.
CCP brought the most destructive era,
Washington Post’ journalist Shao Delian wrote
a long investigation report “Mass Death In Mao Era",
pointing out: “Since 1949, deaths from hunger,
persecution and shootings were around 80 million."
Chen Baosheng: Before the end of Cultural Revolution,
CCP had great achievements, but also made mistakes;
30 years since reform and opening up, socialism
with Chinese characteristics advances in victory."
Chen Pokong: “It can be said for the former 30 years
the CCP was illegal, as well as the latter 30 years.
Although they had the so-called “relaxed" approach
of letting Chinese people “develop the economy,”
officers and party members became corrupt
in the process, collecting unlimited wealth
and resources, forming China’s rich-poor division.
Their so-called reform is not in peoples’ interests.”
Chen Baosheng answered a HK reporter’s question
quoting the Communist Party “constitution,":
“The Communist Party does not have its own
special interests, its function is to serve the people."
Mainland people said, “It (CCP) says one thing
but does another. People’s interests above all else
does not exist. They place the party’s
and officials’ interests as top priority.” .
On June 22, Wu Yuliang, deputy secretary of CCP’s
Central Committee said at a press conference,
the disciplinary inspection organizations nationwide
had nearly 140,000 cases of corruption in 2010,
with 146,000 party members and officials punished.
Hong Kong’s Trend magazine editor-in-chief
Zhang Weiguo said: “The CCP claims ‘anti-corruption’
but the whole world sees it becoming more corrupted.
The CCP took national treasury as party treasury,
which went straight into CCP elites’ private pockets."
Chen said the party members’ corruption should
be blamed on “belief which ran into problems."
“The fundamental reason is it’s (CCP’s) belief
ran into problems, the ideals and beliefs collapsed."
Guizhou Democrat, Zeng Ning, told Radio Free Asia,
“CCP’s legitimacy is based on the so-called
communist ideals and beliefs. In today’s China,
people who continue to believe in Marxism
and communism are very few.”
Dr. Li Dayong, Executive Director
of Global Service Center for Quitting CCP said
that the current Chinese society is like the period
of 20 years ago in the “6.4″ movement.
People have become disenchanted with the CCP,
whose disintegration is a historical necessity.
More and more people are quitting the CCP.
